We get a lot of ramps aka wild garlic growing round here. They look like little leeks but taste of garlic, makes lovely pesto and hummus, much better than garlic bulbs. Smashing, nearly wild garlic time of year.

its very nice, will be picking some this year from the woods which is covered in it . It also likes to live in our hedge in shady/sun on our allotment plot ive been trying to encourage it but like the video says it doesnt recover from being heavily harvested so once it spreads out i will be cropping my own grown wild garlic.
