Getting credit cards when unemployed

Hia folks kind of a newbie here, hope someone can help. When I allegedly applied for a card I will allegedly put down I was a homemaker rather than unemployed will this go against me and if so how many thanks

I doubt it because they are in the busienss of selling debt and they make money on the interest they charge, thats how they make their money.

BTW, should you end up not being able to pay it back remember this.

They knew they were taking risks and they understand the scope of that risk so if you end up not being able to pay it all back .....well too bad Big Bank you knew damn well what you are doing and that you could loose, to bad for you.

You took the risk so you have to share in the risk, too bad mate, win some loose some.

Thanks Ausk I totally agree with what tour saying but as a little project for myself I think I'll also look into responsible lending and stuff, thanks for your advice mate

It is fraudulent to give false information on a credit application and if found out whilst they may not prosecute they can add you to a financial services black list, which means future credit may be expensive if not impossible and insurance premiums could be extortionate.
