If you are using the NoCA from OD ,continue with their process.
Its pretty much the same as ours. If you think time is running short
you can space the Notices 3 days apart.Make sure you use signed for
mail.

Maybe stating the obvious but irrespective of any GOODF process you still need to meet the deadlines for acknowledging service and submitting your defence. Missing either risks a judgement in default.

Send notice 3 anyway & prepare your defence as per the OD instructions
remember there is now no dispute for the court .

You can still submit your affidavit, the chances are if this goes to court
it will be weeks or even months away.

as it appears by your narrative only with collection agents then others may advise to follow the process for debt collectors:
https://goodf.forumotion.com/t1163-new-alternative-letters-for-dca-s-acting-as-agents

however from experience I created my own process purely for utilities which is 1 letter to show the collection people that the util' Co have received a communique regarding discharge & thats it, done, rid of scum.

Have seen off several DCA's accordingly.

Please can you create a new post under the Utilities section and copy and paste what I have quoted from you? Otherwise your original posts will become mixed up / confusing.

I will then move any subsequent posts.

Thank you.

For future reference, there is honestly no need for you to upload any photos of documents (even masked ones). We’ve seen them all before / we know what to expect Wink

It's also a storage issue i.e. there is only so much data we can hold and .png / .jpg files etc take up a lot of storage.

Not to mention, all of them came through out of focus (well, for me anyway).

Just let us know what the key points / messages / expectations were in their letters Smile

And make sure you keep every single document, including your respective responses, in chronological order and filed somewhere.

I apologies for the uploading, just that I am frustrated with something new coming out of the blue, overdales said the court will be sending me a questionnaire do I have to fill out the questionnaire?
What happens if I ignore the questionnaire?

They're referring to the Directions Questionnaire that you posted earlier, which is a normal part of the process in a defended claim.  It should be Form N180 but I can't read your scan either as it's too small and too out of focus.

I can't see any benefit in ignoring it, it is your chance to specify which County Court would be most convenient for you, and which dates you will be unavailable. What will most likely happen if it's not returned is that firstly you'll get a reminder giving some additional time, and if still not responded the case will go ahead at the claimant's preferred court and possibly on a date that doesn't suit you. There are other possible sanctions but I think these unlikely in a case like this.

Assuming you do decide to return the DQ please let us know if you need help on any of the questions, although most are reasonably clear.

Not sure what you're thinking, what advantage do you think there might be in not completing the DQ? Or if you mean you're considering just not turning up at the hearing, bear in mind that this would guarantee judgement for the claimant.

its ok if it is hosted via the Serving.com site as we only hold the link to the file held elsewhere!
