I really hate these scum in their monkey outfits extorting money from the public & their aggressive attitudes, they don't like been filmed yet they have their bodycams - muppets!

This is why you always make an official complaint and follow it up, paperwork counts and if enough people do it then their contracts with the council are often rescinded and they end up out of work.

I came across this guys channel a couple of days ago & subbed. You can clearly see that intimidation by thugs is
perfectly acceptable (if not encouraged )by the council.
I see he did an audit at lowells ,will check it out later.

Get angry in the right way. Learn your rights and lean how to enforce those rights.

The first step is to find and read the applicable laws. Pay particular attention to the definitions in that law. You will learn much from the definition of words in the law.

Have you looked up what the laws in your jurisdiction say about filming in public or have you relied on a police officer to be your legal advisor? Doing that is a major mistake.

In my jurisdiction filming in a public place is not an offence, that's why the media can do it.

In my jurisdiction; recording a public conservation is not an offence because a police officer is acting as an officer of the law, they are public officers. They are carrying out their duties in their public capacity, that's why they are protected persons under the law therefore their conversation with you is not a private conversation.

It cannot be proven that members of the public are a willing party to the conversation, no matter what the police officer tells you. You need to find and read the relevant law.

What law in your jurisdiction, exempts the law from the law?

if a police officer tells you to do something ask them a question such as "what law are you relying on for your authority to give me that instruction?

Remember; their answer because if it turns out to be the incorrect law, then its an unlawful arrest if that is what happens, as an outcome of the actions that follow.

Also find and research court cases particularly those heard in the higher courts because in those judgements are the reasons why the court ruled the way it did. They often set out what the prosecution had to prove and that info is gold.

I'm not trying lecture you here; I'm just trying to help .

Marti means well but needs to watch how to do 'audits' properly or he will land in a lot of bother.
I think they were terminated because the council knew that they were liable for the actions of
that shower.
Below is how it is done if you know what you are doing.
