I too have no time for low life vermin the likes the persecuted Tony Martin dealt with - accordingly, however what you refer to you have to ask the hidden agenda that usually exists & the police are not the ones we want catching villains because the police themselves are villains.....what if they 'aim' for the wrong moped?

Re: Even more thuggery
They are there to protect life and property, not to regularly assault and attack people and their real wording is "policing purposes" and the other is "we had reasonable suspicion" and they think this is enough.
Get kids or other idiots racing around the roads on motorbikes and they do nothing, they dont even bother attending.

Here's a link to their tactics!

Personally I find it a dangerous turn.
In one of the shots a passenger had no helmet! How can it be deemed safe to knock them off?
The danger I talk of though is how the public will accept it. One law for them. Maybe, I will deem it necessary to knock a copper out if I feel it can de-escalate a situation where a gobby cop is causing more harm than good.
No! Not right. They can f×+÷ right off.

Watch what will happen when they all become armed ,which we all know is not far down the road.
In the US the supreme court has ruled that the Police can lie to you & also your safety is not their concern.

Re: Even more thuggery
How many cases saw them flying over the bonnet of the vehicles and wasn't this the subject of an EU safety concern which raised issues of people sustaining injuries due to hitting hard parts of a vehicle and causing lasting injuries and even death.
Someone needs to bring a case against the lice themselves for using a vehicle as a weapon as this cannot be construed as self defence as the lice themselves are not under attack, this also raises the issue of costs, the cost of repairs to the pig sty's; oh, I forgot, we are paying for them.

Re: Even more thuggery
I love that video, a perfect example of a UUI using his aggressive & intimidatory attitude (his training) - but lost so made it up as he went along, the old classic 'breach of the peace' thrown in when they are losing the argument, how's the case law on that again? NO breach of the peace unless someone feels 'physically' threatened or that of damage or theft of property.
