A4V Wording

Wording is important to get the A4V accepted, at 45 degrees across the statement.

At the very least:

Exempt From Levy
Signed...... Date......
Exemption I.D.

This is exact wording I used (please note the colors used):

thats exactly what is being done, to transfer back the "liability" (you may do it differently).

Deposit at: Santander Corporated Bank - because Santander are on the credit slip as the Corporated Bank where funds come from/flow through (it is possible Santander hold all Escrow Accounts in relation to utilities/ctax, I remember seeing a YT vid detailing how to access Treasury Accounts in the US using UK NINO (see below), it was stated there that HBOS/HSBC may hold the Accounts, monies would flow through & not be generated by Santander).
