A warning to new members . Peter of England is now going ahead with WeRe Bank .2
In 2015 he was using very similar rhetoric ,It did not work then and it will not work now.
Many of us who tried it then ,wisely only used one cheque as a trial run.However others ,no doubt in
desperation used many & I have heard that some lost their homes .

The Freeman legal services he refers to in the above video ,is in fact himself and although promised in 2015
they were nowhere to be found then.
The 1 billion in assets he claims ,are no doubt the promissary notes he got in 2015 .Good luck Peter in trying
to collect on them.
This time around ( no doubt in an attempt to lure folks in ) he is promising to buy your debts.
Sadly if you read the comments below his video ,many folk are being suckered in already,please do not be
one of them.

Why has POE never been to court for fraud or anything like that? Is there something true in what he states?

I think you will find he is doing nothing illegal .There was nothing they could get him on in 2015
even the FCA couldnt touch him.
Some say he's a conman, Maybe ,maybe not . He certainly is arrogant . Deluded if he thinks it will
work,yes.
When it does not work for you ,he will blame you. He will never admit he is wrong. We have seen it all
before from him.

Correct Dave, anyone can set up a bank and its the type of bank you set up which is interesting as by doing it correctly you can circumvent the law as around half the German banks do, and you don't need to register anything if it is done under common law as all you need is mutual consent, if you compare this to Bank of Dave or to give it its correct name of Burnley Savings and Loans Limited you see the difference, Dave Fishwick set this up as a local bank for local people and he invested their money in local companies and he applied to become a regulated bank, or he signed a contract with the bank regulators and agreed to their terms and conditions.
This is the primary reason Peter of England is setting up now, he can use EU legislation to circumvent the regulation.

As with all game's theirs rules !, an if you don't follow them you may not get your £200.00 passing go, it seems that the understanding on the term Bank an how it is used in commerce is not comprehended, that other guy saying he was setting an bank up, can't remember his name him from Liverpool back in 2009 when asked, would the bank conform to GAAP, he didn't even know what GAAP was or that we are operating in bankruptcy ! i chatted to him after him talk , but sadly was not interested in the facts just who was buying him his next glass of red wine, an where people could send money to join up ,

From memory and without researching back when this all began I believe it all comes down to
what services he is offering in regards to any license required. He may be many things but he knows
his way around banking regulations,hence why they have been unable to touch him.
On the other hand he likes to give the impression that he somehow has inside knowledge.
For example he has made videos ( some of which he has since taken down) that George Soros died
about 3 years ago. Assange left the embassy in 2016 & that the queen was preparing to abdicate last
February.Not forgetting of course his references to his 'off world' contacts.

Yeah Dave seen those, i still keep a open mind about most things, and like to watch when i can what people are saying, but don't like to see people lead down an rabbit hole or be scammed, if some one is trying an pushing the boundary i will try an help an point to an few rocks that they should look under,
What people see in the public of private matters is down to what they know about what is happening for real, i have been in a room full of people an said what is happening then have the whole room turn on me, only to find out some weeks or months later it was correct, that reminds me of that great maxim "let he be mislead that wishes to be mislead" or something like that, but thats the meaning,

Correct Badvoc look in the news today when people moved their pensions from companies pensions into their own private pensions and these FCA regulated companies invested in high risk investments and made high returns, kept most of the returns for themselves and they went bust, none of the trustees have been charged and people are getting huge tax demands for profits they never had, currently £10 million known about, lots of homes repossesed, lots of goods repossessed, and lots of people with no pensions and a lot of debt.

TRUST, is all we have when you don't know the rule's and i would not trust any OFFICER, without an BOND, and the same set-up an funds in the game an EVIDENCE of that ! then i will think about it.
The only thing these people have is an paper trail !
they need to get up to speed what they are doing or it will be like an dog trying to catch its tail ! Very do able but are they willing to put in the work ?

Also noticed most negative remarks made have been removed ,& those that

I am still not sure if he genuinely believes all this works or he is working a scam.
Although his ego suggests the former, his bank balance probably shows the latter.

Agree DI,

To all those that worry if he will come after those prom notes, write out a cheque on blank paper with enough data so the cheque can be cleared with were bank for 148000 Re, if he refuses then possibly use sect 42/43 BOE 1882, OR if you still have a copy of the original prom note fill out another to cover the 1st & alter the wording slightly to state what its for below in the prom note notes. Also ask for your original back to show he can still lay claim.
