It only mentions mobile phones and not cameras and the logic is flawed right from the outset.

Lets see, no exemptions to all the lice using there mobile phones (tetra) which are also mobile devices means most of them can be filmed and prosecuted, no mention of PMR which is opening an even bigger loophole, so they stitch up a small hole and let an even larger one appear.

They say looking at your mobile phone for 2 seconds...............................................................

God forbid you have a CD player or even a cassette player, how long does it take to get the old CD or cassette out and replace it with another and put the old one back in its case and you are on a motorway??? or, how long are your eyes off the road when you change your climate control looking for the knob and reading the temperature setting. Aren't these standard fitments to many cars today?????????????????????????????????

God forbid you get itchy plums on the motorway as that is a distraction.
