Hello to all members and friends , I'm new here and and still got alot to learn but very eager, I'm half way through Veronica's book Freedom and very impressed so far and this is how I some how ended up here , like I said I'm new here and hoping to learn how I go or where to start getting my cred card and loans to disappear with my house disappearing with them lol , anyway if someone could maybe give me some info that I could find and read that would help my journey then it would be highly appreciated?? Here are a couple of links to get you started. And if you intend to follow the three letter process, please do read and digest rather than copy and paste, otherwise the debt purchasers out there will see right through you...

In the 3 letters to bank regarding credit cards and loans what do I need to write where it asks (CEO) do I actually need someones name or just write CEO meaning chief executive officer ? and I'm assuming where it says cc that this is asking for the credit card company name I'm dealing with ?? Hope I'm not coming across thick but I want to get it right . Thx for any info and help.

Ideally you would Google etc the CEO's name, but I (as I think the relevance is insignificant) would personally just write the following:

The CEO
cc The Collections Dept

Hi guys i'm new and wondered if im on the right path please.

Ive sent 2 letters of the the 3 bank letter process so far. Would you advise to continue paying for the debts in the meantime? (I have a loan and x2 credit cards).

i received an initial replay from 1 credit card - of course denying all claims - however what i'm concerned about is any negative entry on my credit file should should my letters not be acknowledged ahead of my remortgage in july.

your help on this would be appreciated Smile

This area (New Members) is purely for introductions (it does say in red 'not for debt questions'...)

Please can you create a new post in the Debt section and give it a meaningful title. In fact, if you do indeed intend to fight their claim to one loan and two credit cards (three claims in total) you may well need to create three separate posts in the future, otherwise it will get very messy and impossible for us to help you. But just create one for now and copy and paste what you've already said above.

(I already have question or two to ask you with 'raised eyebrows' at it is clear you do not understand the GOODF process - yet) Smile
