This is manipulation for the future, it works by working on historical statistics and if you manipulate the statistics from the outset you manipulate them for future generations.

Look at the current generation, they use something called "computer modelling" and to do this they need statistics, if they put manipulated statistics in then you skew the results, it had a secondary implication related to insurance, anyone dying with Covid gets no, or a reduced payout on their insurance policy claiming it was a natural disaster.

Death certificates are records and most insurers work from these documents, if it says covid as a primary cause, or a contributory cause then the payout drops, money making by not paying out what they should be paying out and its contained within the contract you sign when you sign up to the policy.
