Anyone with info about bankruptcy

Due to lowlife causing the BS around the world, I like millions of others have been forced out of work and in my case being an ole b*stard I'd most likely never work again. My question is, would anyone know how this would play out.., bankruptcy verses the 3 letter approach.

Hopefully someone will have an answer for you.

Both are possible remedies. To start with the 3 letters.
Several questions are asked in the letters , They are there for a purpose
and just because some of them are ignored by the claimant does not mean
the are not relevant or important. Research the questions especially the ones
they ignore. You will then see why they are ignored and answers should be
demanded.
Anyone who just thinks that the letters are a copy and paste remedy are mistaken.
The claimant will know you have little knowledge if you just accept without question
their responses.

Bankruptcy, Is something that anyone contemplating it MUST do some serious
research on ,it will not be benificial to everyone .

A Debt relief order is another option . Again it must be researched well before
contemplating.

dont quite understand the way of thinking here ?

if bankruptcy was a thought why would anyone not go the 3 letter approach or any other approach to defend any claim against them that a debt is owed by a debt purchaser ? or anyone else for that matter.

IF you go the defend/ 3 letter approach get taken to court and lose and are ordered to pay the debt then by all means go bankrupt, if however you win in court then there is no reason to go bankrupt is there ?

Just make sure bankruptcy would be an option if you were to lose ! else you will be paying for years to come !

can't see why anyone would go down without a fight first?

Hello sovereigns tremendous feed back and thank you. Having done some digging over here it appears there are some pro's to do the bankruptcy gig given the times we live in, it does take care of a lot of things eg. there is no pesky hassling from lowlifes of all descriptions through out the whole game and after a period of time ( which there are ways to work around ) should we get the time, a credit rating is back on track so no headaches and the whole process appears to be reasonably easy. Given the times this maybe a another option.
                  As we all know the initial lowlife money launderer does not lose either way. In chapter 7 of the bankruptcy BS it takes care of any lowlife trying to take assets if we have any. So over all it appears pretty smooth, no hassles no headaches from any lowlife and for some people that might be a good thing, its done once and its all over red rover ( Jimi Hendrix )      
                  Now my further way of thinking was with the absolute BS we got through out the world and the money system not to mention all the dreadful plans of lowlifes that will be implemented should lowlife get their way will SUCK, big time communism at its nastiest. For my situation and everyone is different and some sovereigns maybe experiencing a similar situation the bankruptcy gig may take out the fun of making lowlife apparently dance, as we know anyway lowlife owns the game and they will never lose period. In other words lowlife don't even care or have any hassles no problems and don't even have to dance. So rather than have no dancing partner if you know what I mean, but have headaches and things of that nature in my case I don't care but both options seem to be a choice.
                  Sovereigns so let me give you my case it may help those going through the same BS...as I have already posted, I'm an ole bastard, lowlife have forced me out of work so I cannot work again... I have no assets (only what's between my ears which lowlife will never get period) I know the enemy, so I don't comply with anything lowlife puts forth. Also I have posted this... my debt is with a bank...which by the forum rules I should not have named, who cares anyway, I don't. The debt is approximately 13k, which some sovereigns say might get tricky.
                  So given the times we live in I most probably can play both games, 3 letters then bankruptcy "IF" the 3 letters fail ( Waylander62 good point ) or go the bankruptcy first which maybe the smoother path. Mind you bankruptcy is another lowlife tool of control and it may differ in each country so more digging needs to be done over here.
                  Listen sovereigns fear does not enter our minds (lowlife feed off of that), either way it does not matter and it's great to see sovereigns help, and this may help sovereigns who have been abused by lowlife. So sorry for the rant and a little thought I might leave with you if I may sovereigns... we know this is the enemies game so... WHO REALLY DOES THE DANCING.

where is the rule about not naming banks? Perhaps you misunderstood, no names or personal details does not extend to the name of the bank.

You mention "Chapter 7", are you in the US?

Hello Lopsum on the home page the floating message seems to say be careful not to reveal things and in the debt question section I see what you mean its ok to reveal names etc if asked. Question from a newb does it matter who the asker is.

It pertains to personal info that could be used to identify you or your account, your names addresses,numbers etc including names of contacts(people) which may also be on the letters such as debt collectors names etc other than your own.

Assuming the (alleged) debt in Australia as well you'll need to check the exact processes in Australia as most here will be more familiar with UK stuff.  As already stated you could consider bankruptcy as a last resort if you are simply unable to defend of settle your debt(s) in other ways.

Sovereigns thank you and the debt is in Australia, also I have information a sovereign over here was in a similar situation over 5 years ago, used the 3 letters off of the old site and kicked lowlifes ass so its a beautiful thang.
