The process of registration or incorporation adds the owners as shareholders of the business and the managers as Company directors. In smaller limited companies there may only be one person who is the sole director and shareholder.

In the UK the registration of a company is evidenced by the Government issuing a “certificate of incorporation”.

The certificate of incorporation is in effect the “birth certificate” for a Limited company.

Several important things happen when the company is “born” that you need to know about.

   The company is issued a unique company number – this will never change;
   Companies House notify HMRC the company has been registered;
   HMRC will issue the company it’s own “unique tax reference” or “UTR”. If you have ever filed a tax return you be familiar with your own UTR and understand it’s importance;
   HMRC will issue the company a CT41G Tax Notice to file Corporation tax. The company is required to file tax returns and pay “corporation tax” on it’s operating profits. Corporation Tax is charged at a different rate (lower) than an individual’s personal “income tax” rate;

   The company will be entitled to conduct business and enter into contracts in it’s own name, for instance opening a bank account in the name of the business.

Limited Liability to owners.
The term “Limited liability” refers to the extent to which the owners are personally “liable” for the debts of the business in the event that the company runs out of money.

This personal liability is limited to the value of the shares the owners agree to purchase when the company was first set up – the share capital of the company.

The owners of unincorporated businesses such as sole traders and partnerships are personally liable for all of the debts of their business in the event the business runs out of cash.

The main advantages of a Limited Liability Company are that in the UK, Limited Liability Company (registration): Is a simple way to protect personal assets, unlike a Sole Trader, the Limited Liability Company does not tie your personal assets to the company. A Limited liability Company in the UK limits liability to the total value of unpaid shares.

A deed poll is a legal document that proves a change of name. You can change any part of your name, add or remove names and hyphens, or change spelling.

What can you the Reader work out? There is something missing also, what is it? What else can be changed you're not told in the narrative in the link?

If you have watched those vids the presenter stated the same as Justinian Deception on YT, its the language used.

The ALL CAPS is debased or dog Latin not English, so the ALL CAPS are singular signs & have nothing to do with each other. Nothing can be read/meaning taken form those except its effectivly nothing. So the surname must be written 1x CAP & the rest lower case. In the Bible there is text somewhere that we can have only 1 Christian name, so multiple names have to be hyphenated to make 1 Christian name.
