I am not comfortable taking possession of the legal name,its not yours
why would you want to take on the liabilities and obligations?

I personally would rather stand as the living man ,who may make use of
the legal fiction ,but not own it.

I am of the mind in order to be free of this 'system' we all have to grow up take control of our lives as we should have done from the age of majority. The idea here of taking control of the name is (I think) you have shown yourself  compatent & grown up, but..... we are still in legal land, & will have encumbrances for setting up the own name ltd co' & running it.

whilst ltd Co are generally registered it is possible to have a non reg'd ltd Co but there was something I remember reading on gov't web site stating 'there is no protection if ltd Co is not reg'd' for Director(s), the protection comes under the Companies Act 2013 I think - shows a protection racket too?

having a ltd Co there is a clear distinct separation of ID or entity between the ltd Co persona & the non ltd but fully liable certified entry in reg of births. Setting up a ltd Co is taking control of presumably the respective certified entry? As the certified entry is crown copy right the crown hold all title to that name in Trust until its claimed. Correcting 1's status is not I think the same as claiming the name because (I think) there is a formal process to go through before that happens (CQV).

Trying to stand as the wo/man & not taking ownership is I suppose OK, but trying to do that as amny have found who know there is a fraud going on have found it especially in the last few years almost impossible & difficult as they get railroaded by most of the courts (admin courts). Many have found that over utilites, c'tax & many other 'problems'.

I am getting further ahead with my research but it is slow, for me next will be correction of status & then finding out where to send such NOTICES, because notices are written in the private - in equity.
