I had a letter from the council, yes the council, stating that i had not taken up the offer of a jab, the offer is still open blah de blah.

5 or 6 years ago i sent a letter to my GP stating that i do not want my info on the database etc and they can not share it with anyone. The standard opt out letter.... seems to have gone unheeded.

First line of the letter.... "your GP has identified that you are eligible for the covid-19 vaccine, but you have yet to take up the offer."

no other way for the council to get it legally that i know of other than what they are stating, "your GP".

The council can now hold that info for ever more and i cant stop them using it against me, because officially they dont have it

So can I sue for releasing my data without my permission under DPA, or are they gonna say we have war time powers or some sh*t

Slacker777 TBH I don't know if you can sue, you probably could but would have to bring 1 hell of a case & force those b'stards to take notice.

If thought about even with the vax for side effects, it will take years & you would be blocked left, right, & center, also they are NOT taking notice of anyone in their system who stands up to them, its all bent, corrupt & rigged. I & many others have seen it 1st hand.

One issue, licemobiles don't need an MOT, no vehicle needs an MOT for its first 3 years and all licemobiles are less than 3 years old as most are lease vehicles which are on 2 or 3 year terms which means they are not kept for long enough to require an MOT.
Some vehicles such as duty specific vans are bought by lice forces and have to have an MOT which is why these older vehicles are on long term leases and the lease company takes care of this as part of their leaee contract.

If you really want to be off the radar then don't register with a GP. I haven't done so since we moved in 1996, and in fact even the practice I was registered with at that time no longer has any record of me.
