Greetings, i the man john henry who on occasions uses the fiction JOHN HENRY DOE. Have received from you on (add date received) correspondence in which you claim to be acting for ( add name of claimant)
Whilst it is factually correct that i have no legal or lawful obligation to engage with a third party interloper such as your self. i, will attempt to settle this matter standing in honour and expect you to also act in honour .
 
As your letter is an offer to contract, i, will conditionally accept your offer
subject to my terms and conditions set out below,these terms and conditions
are non negotiable and if are strictly adhered to i, will grant you permission to communicate with i,.

1. All communications from you are to include but not limited to your  
           name and be signed with a wet ink signature.

2.       All communications are to be sent via Royal Mail exclusively and be
         sent in a windowless envelope with a valid postage stamp affixed.

3.     All communications must be addressed to i, the living man and not to
       a legal fictional entity.

4.     You cease and desist from your erroneous presumption that i, am a
       customer of yours and any reference that i, have an account with you.

5.    You do not have my permission and will not contact i, by any means
       other than Royal Mail.

6.   Should i, require any documentation or information from you ,you will
     provide everything required or supply an explanation why you are unable
     to comply.

These are my Terms and Conditions which i, consider to be reasonable and
honourable and a genuine attempt to obtain remedy in this matter.

Any failure on your part to fully adhere to the above contract conditions
will result  in any contract between us becoming void ab initio, and any
and all further communications from you will be placed in a Royal Mail
box and returned to sender for cause and all attempts to bring forth remedy
will be conducted directly with the claimant.
