Help with Link Financial

Hi

I have done 4 letters to Link which they keep ignoring. Instead, they keep sending me letters telling me that my agreed payment amount is due (have never spoken to them) and now I have received a letter to say I have failed to make regular payments in accordance with the agreed schedule and have cancelled the agreement they had with me (I didn't have one).

What are the next steps please? How do I gain control of this after already following the letter process? Thank you.

Were they acting as purchasers or just collectors ?
If Purchasers, just inform them that the matter has been dealt with
personally with their CEO .

Hi Daveiron, thanks for the reply. I sent the letter regarding the above and have since received the attached 2 letters as their reply. They are purchasers and have sent a copy of my original agreement with my signature. I know I need to respond and tell them this is not a dispute. Please advise on what I should do next? Thanks

Try this or similar. Send by RM signed for as before to CEO.
I am In receipt of your letter dated xxxx.

For the avoidance of doubt ,Take Notice I have not at any point made a complaint or raised a dispute.

On three (3) occasions I have sent to you personally ,Notices of Conditional Acceptance.
You have failed to respond to every Notice ,therefore by your conduct we now have a tacit agreement that you have no valid claim . I trust that you will no longer correspond further on this matter.

If however you chose to continue ,i require your confirmation that you hold Legal Title
I will also require a certified copy of the Deed of Assignment as per CPR part 31.

You are reminded that as CEO you hold vicarious liability for any actions performed by your
employees should they be either illegal,unlawful or fraudulent or cause distress .
