Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. I'm sure most know about this, but some may not.

PLEASE don't get me started on this one..... too late!

1) Have you noticed there's no mention of a police officer?

2) Note the proviso of '...a reasonable person'.

3) This act was created to get around pope francis's 'muto propria. You bring a private prosecution and the cps will take it from you to prosecute 'in the public interest' and then pretend to prosecute. They have no intention of winning the case.

If anyone is to have a chance of successfully prosecuting, at the time of the incident it is imperative (imo) to film the whole thing, and right at the start - on camera - put him (not ASK him) on his oath.

Good info iamani. You will never believe this but while I was reading your post and getting past pope francis's I was listening to a youtube talk and the muto propria was mentioned. Unreal.

Oh, but i absolutely DO believe it my friend. That's the universe/subconscious handing you (and, via yourself, me too) a confirmation message. The more time one spends 'in the moment' the more messages one gets.
An easy way to place yourself 'i.t.m.' at any time is to look at an obect and attempt to keep it in sight while simultaneously focusing on ALL of your peripheral vision. Various disciplines employ the technique eg martial arts, dance etc. There is a danger of developing an adverse-camber squint though......

Let me ask you a question Phillpots.

Do you know what they are?

Look at it logically, they take an oath and attestation as a constable to uphold COMMON LAW and not as an officer to uphold any old drivel the Government pushes through.

In reality an officer is a corporate rank which means they are working for a corporation and a corporation works solely for profit, and no constabulary is a registered charity. If you accept them as a police officer you consent to their authority and they know you have then they are acting in commerce and nothing else and they know it so there is real incentive to act as officer and not constable. Sleight of hand comes to mind.

Who is the head of a police force? the chief constable and not the chief officer.

I, ... of ... do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law.

That's the constables attestation and notice the get out of jail free bit where it says to the best of my skill and knowledge. To their skill and knowledge they are taught they can do pretty much what they want.

Hi all

If you are wondering how to place plod under oath, it's fairly easy.

1) START RECORDING! Try to be the initiator in the conversation. Always refer to him as constable.

2) "Hello constable, - you are a real constable, aren't you? You took an oath?" When he replies yes, ask him for his details - name, number, station. They usually respond eg 'pc blah, 1234, thick street station'. Ask him for his first name, he will claim he is not obliged to do so. Ask him: "Have you just exercised powers granted to you by that oath to stop myself, the living man known as (eg) john?" When he answers yes, tell him: "i hereby acknowledge and accept your oath, and as a man i expect you to honour it."

3) What happens next is up to you - you have just established common-law jurisdiction, but do you know how to keep it there and benefit from it?

In that scenario you have recorded the 'constable' making a false claim ie lying after claiming to be working on oath in performance of his duty. Only a police officer is allowed to lie - not a constable. If someone has heeded the best advice ever - 'know thyself' and 'fear not' - you can enjoy these interactions instead of dreading them.

'Know thyself' - you are the living breath of God a-dwelling within a piece of the land given life by said breath. You are 'man'. If you should err under common-law, a constable is empowered to deal with you whether you like it or not and rightly so.

'Fear not' - A police officer is only empowered to deal with a 'person', and only with the consent of the person's personal representative - so don't consent!

Terrier May was telling absolute truth when she said 'we are policed with consent'. She didn't say 'we are 'CONSTABLE-d' by consent......

Recording is great until you get someone like Notts Po-lice.

Recent case anyone can look up.

Three people doing a gig at a pub, go out for a smoke and one sits in the car with no keys in the ignition so the engine isn't running, corrupt po-lice claim he tries to drive his car at them even though the engine isn't running and his mate films it all on a phone.
Other corrupt plod tells him to delete it or he will sieze his phone and forces him to delete the footage, or in other words they are corrupt and dont want any evidence.
