First off: Well done! That was quite disconcerting and stressful to watch but I have some questions.
1) Were they reported for the threats of violence ?
2) How many friggin' bailiffs do they need if their paperwork is in order
3) Why didn't the Police turn up to fulfil their oath to uphold the Queens Peace?

What follows is what I have seen over the years. Its my oppinion of course, but what do others feel?

1) Nothing will come of it. At best they will get a slap on the wrist. Or the coppers will send a letter to the agency. At the end of the vid and half way though we had a physical assault and battery by heavy no.1 and threats of violence and threatening behaviour in the course of their duties by the cowboy etc.

WTF! NOTHING will happen. No slight to any one, but it never does.
If it were I that went on to the drive and the bloke pushed me off, I would have HAD to defend myself by striking the man! I would have then taken him to court on the grounds off assault and battery. He didnt just block the way, he pushed back.
And if one feels too afraid to defend their rights, all the way, then just falling backwards will do.

This is NOT advocating violence as violence is different from defence, which is what most here would do!

Great piece but its hard to watch without getting extremely riled up....Imagine doing that job, how do these creatures sleep at night? no empathy for your fellow man.

The 100th monkey effect or what Rupert Sheldrake calls Morphic resonance needs to happen soon, or these bailiff/thug/scum types will overrun us all

One way is to bring a private prosecution and if it is a valid case the CPS will try to take over the prosecution, dont let them and fall for their double speak.

Wow! So many Nazis in attendance and such bad attitudes. Very different from the 'kinder' side of DCAs shown on Can't Pay. TV brainwashing at it's finest.

How do they sleep? an interesting question.

Indoctrination, pure and simple.

Over the years people have been manipulated and indoctrinated into thinking of only money, power, and being seen to be someone and such jobs suit these people as most are on a basic salary with huge bonuses which is why such jobs are attractive to them, they can potentially earn a lot of money if they are corrupt. Such jobs offer them money if they work at it and they get a uniform and a badge which they think gives them power, and the uniform gives them the illusion that everyone is looking at them.
