I have 1kilo of Borax sitting on a kitchin shelf and had forgotten about it.

In nature there is a cure for everything (imo). Everything has a purpose. Nature isn’t clever by chance. It’s all by design.

Rex Newnham, a Western Australian now resident in the UK, lived at Guildford in the early 1960's. He taught chemistry, biology, geology, soil science and agricultural botany. In 1963 Rex moved to a house in a sandy area of Perth rather than the clay soil at Guildford. He had grown his own vegetables at both places but found that in sandy soil his crops showed signs of mineral deficiencies and he developed arthritis. With his scientific background Rex looked for the cause in recent changes. As an agriculturist he knew that boron was necessary for green plants, where it helps in calcium metabolism. In pursuing this he decided to trial it on himself using borax, a boron extract.

Rex took 30 mg of borax, twice a day. In 3 weeks the pain swelling and stiffness had gone. He stopped taking it . A year later the symptoms came back and disappeared quickly again on resumption of his borax dose. (older people may take longer) Over the next 10 years he told many people he met and they tried borax with similar results. In 1976 Rex had some boron tablets made up. By the early 80's he was selling 10,000 bottles a month. Rex approached a drug company marketing a common painkilling drug for arthritis. They were only concerned about loss of their own profits and ended up instigating a government law that boron be declared a poison in any concentration. This resulted in Rex being fined and made boron unavailable. Boron is toxic if taken in large quantities. Rex points out that ordinary salt is toxic as well if too much is taken but salt is not banned.

Elemental boron was first isolated in 1808. Although it has yet to be recognized as an essential nutrient in humans, recent data from animal and human studies suggest boron may be important for mineral metabolism, brain function and performance, hormone regulation, and prevention of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Daily intake of boron is dependent on its concentration in water supplies and food sources. Average daily intakes have been approximated at just over 2 mg/day in several population studies; however, chronic intakes of as much as 40 mg/day occur in some populations. (1,2)Foods particularly rich in boron include avocado, peanuts, pecans, grapes, raisins, and wine. Legumes, nuts, and avocados contain 1.0-4.5 mg boron/100 g, while fruits and vegetables provide 0.1-0.6 mg boron/100 g. Meat and dairy products are poor sources, providing <0.6 mg boron/100 g. (3)

Pharmacokinetics. Boron appears to be readily and completely absorbed in humans following an oral dose. (4) Following absorption, boron appears to concentrate to a higher degree in bone than in blood; (4) however, cessation of dietary boron results in a rapid drop in bone boron levels. Thanks mitch, I know quite a few who have arthritis & I'm sure they'll be happy to know not just what I put up but your info too.

The more we dig the more we see how corrupt it all is, I am hoping the war been waged against us is a victory for us & if the likes of NESARA & GESARA are true what is within that will be a benefit to all, along with suppressed health care & new technologies finally available to all.

Hi Freeland, get it on ebay its very cheap. I think they get around it by stating its for making slime for the kids, but its 99% pure. If it were toxic they would not recommend it as something kids could play with.

Regarding pain from arthritis take a look a DMSO its a natural non toxic substance and is great for pain relief,just make sure you get medical grade . I get mine from Regency Organics.

have any of you tried the curcumin and boswella for authritis? Some people i know say it deffinatly helps.
also topical francinscence essential oil 10drops in 50ml aloevera gel + 10 drops turmeric oil + 5 drops spearmint oil should help too (my own formula ,can be made stronger if needed but this is very effective with inflamatory issues)

I am presently trying Hemp cream which also contains Arnica / Turmeric/Aloe vera & MSM
it seems quite effective

nice, you can add extra turmeric oil and or frankincense for a boost.
