Account for £5K closed by a DP - proves GOODF works

I have only just round to get round to posting this, apologies.

A couple of months ago I received a letter from a DP (debt purchaser) to say “we are closing your account because it is statute barred” (or words to that affect). The account was approx £5K. Well, they may well have called it “your account” but it was their account that they created to manage the alleged debt that they were ignorant enough to purchase (ignorant because they bought something with insufficient evidence to back it up).

I achieved that from following the GOODF process for as long as it took for the alleged debt to become statute barred. And with help from the other admins and moderators (as well as the support of other valued contributors).

This proves that GOODF works ONLY IF you read and fully digest the process and related documents and links.

I have also written off another £15K in alleged debts. Again, following the GOODF process. And all perfectly legitimately.

Not one single DP (there have been many) was able to evidence any of the alleged debts. And so they wasted their time and, more importantly, they lost money (very satisfying to know…)
