My last post on this was I'd sent the DSAR.
I got nothing useful back fro Lovell-lot just a load of nonsense saying I must contact cabbages (DCA) who hold the file.
I am not obliged to contact the 2nd dca
under the ICO DSAR request they did not provide me proof I had an account with them
now...they went to money claim
the defense they entered is they had my alleged bank account details
my plan is to kick this in the long grass
I got it sent down the mediation track, hearing is soon
I'm not going to agree to anything and let it go to court
that will buy a few more weeks..

Any advice or am I ok going on like this with this so called account :s

This forum has literally saved y life in the past.
Wyalander, Daveiron, flyingFish and the legend that was faljay in the day, helped me stay sane, buy time, shake some debts off I never paid in the end about 80k worth in all. The intelligence this group has is just mad mental incredible. There are people here who know the law better than solicitors. So thanks guys. one day I want to do something to pay you all back somehow.

Thanks Daveiron, btw I accepted mediation settlement at 50% of the amount they demanded and have to pay next month. so thats gone now. phew.

So a little about how I am trying to pay fwd. I help people who are about to lose their houses. If they have a mortgage they cant pay I find ways to stop the repossession without any hoo ha. Its quite simple but the vendors have to be willing or I cant help. Last year saved a guy who's wife made him bankrupt and didnt tell him, found him a purchaser, put them on a lease option, which is like a option to buy but means the vendor cant sell to anyone else. the purchaser put down 100k to stop the legal issues this guy had coming at him, and pays him £2500 rent to cover his mortgage payments, and will exchange and complete within the next 2 years. He agreed a sale price of 467k , the house was valued at £535k and the buyers making 8k net a month after costs. I like stuff like that, helping folks out and setting them to rights and getting the banks off their backs. Am busy doing on enow, they owe 975k, RICS val 1.5m but could get planning consent to make it all worth £4,5M
