i had an old link to goodf web site and it takes me to a new snazzy site which does not appear to have any login option.
any links please for the old site ?
have things changed and they are no longer in existence ?
hope this is the correct place to ask a question

hello all

I hope all is well I am sooo new to this its unreal, not the information but typing on a forum! in any case I had bookmarks to the old page and came back to Ceylons youtube video and took the link which thankfully took me here.

I have been meaning to get a start on my own debt release and so far I have beaten the fear of the reminder letters to pay the pants credit card bills and things are starting to hot up now.

So I have done a lot of reading on the 3 letter process but I just wanted to know should I wait or the bank to send my debt to the collectors as this is the threats I am receiving now. (I just ignored all the other letters and phonecalls (not sure if that was the right thing to do but it helped my state of mind Smile

) )

so yes what would be the first step.

I appreciate the help from the people on here and for supporting us one our journey to some freedom.

Hi mummy1985. Since the bank holds your agreement that it would be harder to beat them. If the bank was to sell your alleged debt to a dca that it would be best to beat the dca that has no agreement. Without an agreement it is hard for the dca to provide proof that they own the alleged debt. It was ceylon that told me on the old site to wait for the bank to sell the alleged debt to a dca and to deal with them. For me it took the bank 5 months to sell the alleged debt to a dca. I thought last year that i had finished dealing with the dca but they came back. So my last letter to them has kept them quiet for 8 weeks. I await their next move.

Hi & welcome,

I would go through the 3 letter process with the bank for the credit cards ,They will not be able to supply what you ask for, & will sell it on .
It then shows that you have repeatedly asked for their proof of claim and they have failed to provide it.
This is good ammunition if the DCA's start threatening Court.

Ok I can do that.....I shall be back around on here once this process has started. I cannot even fathom how long they have been chasing me already but.....I shall wait a little more. I have had letters of them threatening to pass to a DCA so it cannot be long............ Smile
