PRAC Financial Limited?? Empty PRAC Financial Limited??

Anyone heard of these guys? Got them chasing me for an alleged debt for a payday loan, but i can get two address's for them, however the letter they sent me says to contact them via BW legal who they (PRAC Financial Limited) are telling me they have assigned to collect etc....

Enter names & look at their permissions to find out a bit more about these bottom feeders.

Yes I have heard of them. They contacted my wife earlier this year also about a payday loan. I sent the 3 letters and estoppel to both prac and bw legal and haven't heard from them since apart from through a dispute on equifax as this account that apparently dates back to 2013 has all of a sudden been placed on my wife's credit report and defaulted even though it was never there before. Clearly an act of pure spite

Hi stormy121. You need to cover BWL101 on the side of your letter as this can also identify who you are as well.

I take it the one on the letter is a PO box address? Don't use a PO box, use an actual business address. The one I have for them is

BW Legal are Solicitors.

As it's a Payday Loan another angle to look at this is the Irresponsible Lending, if you had bad credit should they have lent you anything in the first place.

I sent the letters to both prac and bw legal, prac didn't reply at all and all bw legal did was send a laughable looking statement on non letterheaded paper with no name, address account number or anything so needless to say they were told what they could do with it

The letter seems to be saying that there is an agreement between "you" and a creditor entity of a PO Box, but a PO Box is not a contracting venue so there is no agreement in the first place?
