Hi,

Usually we have G4S coming round, being a nuisance and, harassing the dog.

Today we had an 'alleged' different associate pestering, named 'Morrison Data Services'.

Hi ALAB,

I need to check this out ,to see if they are owned by G4S ,because Morrisons turned up after I had issued
G4S with a WOIRA .(due to G4S operating child prisons in Israel)

What to do?

Look at the list of directors in each and every company, then look at the list of former directors and cross reference them and the boards they have served on.

When I investigated Centrica they had an office manager set up new companies and dissolve others, basically it was a rolling system of new companies much like a conveyor belt where new companies were set up and debts rolled into old companies which were dissolved with no assets and a lot of debt which is written off. Poor Ceylon had lots of documentation from me and read them to prove something he was working on at the time.

In some cases you will always see the same directors, in others they will be handsomely paid off and disappear, only to reappear several companies down the line in a new company, and in larger companies the conveyor belt of directors continues with senior management being introduced to replace former directors. They already know what they are going to do and incorporate terms into a directors contract which favour the director, it may be two years salary, set bonuses, and anything else they like, how many times have councils replaced leaders and claimed "contractual obligations" and they go, only to reappear a couple of years later in a similar position in another area.

Directors are directed and they shut a company down, they put the notices in the London Gazette and go through the processes, they are finished knowing they have a guaranteed salary and bonuses, but they also know they have a guaranteed job in a new company when their masters set up a new company.
Think about it, why should they bother when they know they are going to be finished and out of work, they know they will be paid for the entire time they are out of work and receive bonuses, and thet their masters will set up new companies for guaranteed jobs for them; and no going down to the Jobcentre to sign on.
