Simple and effective cure (& prevention) for colds using 3% solution of Hydrogen Peroxide

This cure was discovered by a German doc in the 30s but his research was villified by big pharma and the concept was covered over. The "cures" for colds is a multi-billion dollar business and the truth is that they don't work but simply mask the problem.

I have used it on myself and my kids for the last 15+ years and have never suffered from a serious cold.

When someone with a cold/flu sneezes on you, you don't get a cold or flu instantly. The germs have to lodge somewhere so that they can multiply and grow strong enough to overcome your immune system. This German doc discovered that the germs lodge in the ear canal - it's the right temperature, right humidity and fairly inaccessible so they are able to multiply in "peace".

The simple solution is a 3% (and make sure it is only 3%) solution of pharma grade Hydrogen Peroxide, available at most chemists. It comes in bottles of 6% and 9% so it will need to be diluted down with "cooled" boiled water just before using. The cost per bottle is around £1-2 and should last you a couple of years or more, something big pharma does not like at all.

Dribble a teaspoon of 3% peroxide into one ear and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain it out, and do the same for the other ear. It will fizz and seem strange but it works. Another great side benefit is that it really clears out the ear canals.

It also works if you already have got a cold as it stops it from getting worse.

Is 'food grade' Hydrogen Peroxide ok to use? Appears common enough to buy, would it be the same as 'pharma grade'?

hi yes that is the stuff.
I have also this as well for many years: I use a dropper bottle for mine and put some via that method into the ear while lying on one side for a good few minutes, also whenever I am near anyone who is showing signs I also put a little in the nostrils as well while lying on the side!! before adopting this protocol I would be germed-up in September/October usually leading to a bout of Man Flu.

Hydrogen Peroxide is also useful for combating Helicobacter pylori & candida.

great stuff I have some either 33 or 35% that I dilute down with distilled water to 3%, it lasts for years

Thanks toolapcblack, i only came across this from the original post & had looked at buying some Hydrogen Peroxide & 'food grade 3%' appears readily available on-line, where do you get yours do the chemists here in Britain sell it, if they do is it easy to buy from them or are you bombarded with questions? Hence i thought i'd buy the 'food grade 3%' if that's the stuff as you say & also buy one of them little glass droppers with the rubber plunger.

HI purchased mine from evilbay many moons ago (its probably over 5 years so I'm afraid cannot remember who, I can get a pic of my bottle when I get home latter and put it up if that is any use?), I also bought a batch of glass dropper bottles, I also use them to make up iodine(lugols recipe).

Otex ear wax removal has 3% HP in it for those who need a travel sized one.

We got to stack the cards in our favour with all the poisons we are exposed to daily!
