I suspect most of these 'fines' are civil matters, even if they are not this is not right they will not be under oath just like the community support idiots but i'm realistic enough to know the police have long enough been outside their oath in criminality in civil matters, so private 'coppers' will be no different, infact worse - there will be only one solution at the end of it & that is serious physical violence i see or am seeing anyone in a uniform as an enemy so when it comes to it just take a cricket bat to these scum, invite some mates round & pass i bit of justice around yourself.

Remember you have the 'power' in your cricket bat, lump hammer or even set the dog on them - have some fun!

NOTE: i just want a peaceful life like most but peace won't stop criminals, traitors & terrorists (the state) will it? You can only kick a dog for so long before it turns on you.

Im sorry kestrel but I cant Agree.

Instead of a few mates ,
People Need to get that Alarm Bell app up and running,
and meet these goons with 20 people at least.

That way the cowards,
and they are all cowards including the police,
will give up and go away.

The fight starts in deprogramming from the benefit street hating mentality pushed by the MSM.

People need to learn to start Liking each other again.
starting with neighbours.

They are building on the concept started when they handed over goals to private companies in the US.

then came private security.

Then the UK brought out private cops.

Now this. There is a definate trend here and something tells me its not going to stop.

One wonders about the where it will end up. Will these private holdling companies, over time, see the informal assistance of for example, past and thens serving SAS people, will these outsourced 'specialist' end being used for 'dissappearing' "trouble makers"

private companies make it easy to 'deny all knowledge" and wont be able ask questions either because of 'confidientially' clauses ..... kinda glad most of my allocated life span is lived.....

God help the young for the western world is sliding ever more faster into that great big back hole of tyrrany from which its not likely to emerge for several centuries.

Hi guys

i think you are all correct in what you're saying, and SOTS hit the nail on the head - we have to start liking our neighbours, even loving them as ourselves.

Trouble is nobody wants to start by changing themselves.....

Cheers!

The reality is that High Court bailiffs have been taken over by private bailiff companies and there is little redress, court employed bailiffs are certified and bonded and they have the power of arrest, hence all the TV programmes following High Court enforcement and public indoctrination of the masses who are soundly asleep.

Do Court employed bailiffs have a power of arrest. I would be interested in seeing that they had more right than just a Citizen Arrest that we all have.

Yes, they are High Court bailiffs and have the power to arrest someone under the authority of the High or Supreme Court, but they can merely arrest them and take them to court and not simply detain them as they will do it under a High Court warrant or order.
