Behind A4V and settling utility bills

The following information throws some light on a statement made by Troy in his youtube video Knowledge is Power Part 2 of 2 regarding settling utility bills and how.

Now, Troy tells us that he has been doing this for some time now, but I would like some clarity on precisely how the A4V settlement is done? I would like to have been able to contact Troy directly, but I found this to be virtually impossible, so any help would be gratefully received. I'm sorry to note that this forum appears to have lost its way where the subject of A4V and settling debts is concerned, why?

Below is a brief explanation on how the transaction transpires via the UN laws on Human Rights.

The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights brought into force on 23rd March 1976 states:
Part 1 Article 1. 2. All people may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of International economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and International law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.

This is part of the UN International laws on Human Rights and covers our rights to have our Utilities paid for following the bankruptcy of all countries that confiscated the peoples gold. They had to provide us with a means to settling our debts as there was no money to do so. For those still living in ignorance, there is no money of intrinsic value in our lives today. The banks issue a fiat currency that relies upon the people and their belief that it has value, so in fact we are quite literally living a lie.

For further information on precisely what our natural wealth is, please do a search on Google for the answer, it's that simple.

Claiming settlement is performed through what is commonly known as A4V. One copy of a bill (statement) is sent to the utility company and the other is sent to the Treasury.

When sending an A4V I assume that in an accompanying letter we must claim our right as the beneficiary of the All Caps name, since Troy says that this is something that we neglect to do?

If anyone can add any information at this point, this will help me to settle my bills since I have one final opportunity to do so, then that's it because I now have both prepay meters installed.

I sort of comprehend where you are coming from but have seen even on the old site not too many had actual success with A4V.

For my situation all has gone very quiet since around beginning of December so at this point don't really know what is going to happen. When I did the pay by endorse I did follow (I hope) to the letter what was done in the series of pay by endorse vids. The dca for some reason seems to have backed off all together.

True though, it would be great to see A4V being brought back into this site.

Can't actually help with A4V as have not done it my self.

FF to around 28.00 when he talks about discharging utility bills. You may have to search a bill since I'm writing and running out of time, sorry.
Discharging debts is all tied in with the UN International human Rights laws. This is all down to bankruptcy and the them getting rid of the gold standard. It's all a matter of discharging the debt correctly.

In your video Kevin should have completed his attempts at discharging the debt by the joint giro credit slip, but he won't have because it doesn't work that way and believe me, I know.

I have watched several youtube videos regarding this and to be honest I like many others (presumably) are confused with the different advice been given!

I like to watch Troy but is it just e that feels like he doesn't give/pass on the actual way to do things? Dont get me wrong; I dont want to be led by the hand but I would appreciate the tools to complete the job

Some of these youtube videos date back a number of years; however, no updates as to what the outcome or current situation is with the giro slip endorsement. I`m sure there's a lot of members and guest who would like to go down this route but are obviously sceptical/afraid.

TBH if you watch the gas, water, electric are free yt vid all you will ever get is a stalemate, no one ever wins out right. To add: After speaking to several Post Masters local to me, asking what happens to this credit slip? & Does it get cleared through the Inter Bank Clearing? Replies were mixed but all concluded the Joint Giro Slip does get cleared through interbank! - IMO I can only conclude the Joint Giro Credit Slip IS a commercial instrument.

Me too! I simply went along with what was stated in 1st vid of pay by endorsement

Me too! I feel the same as you. I think if we all do more research then the answers will come. Possibly look for evidence on yt from USA!

I agree, you simply have to make up your own mind & lose the fear. I started to gain confidence when replies received were completely inane.

What you do is up to you, I can’t sort it for you. From my experience the water as per the 1st vid of pay by endorsement is the easiest to do. – Good Luck!
