PPI - Could claiming jeopardise the 3 letter system? FREE PPI claim

Not much time left now until the PPI claim window runs out.

Touch-wood, i've heard nothing back from a DCA / their client after filing a defence after not having a reply to my CPR18 and CCR request. Now as this was a credit arrangement of some kind way back - there is likely PPI in there. Would claiming this affect my defence? Gut tells me it would but the system is pretty warped from what i can tell, so i have no idea really.

Also i'm waiting on a Notice of Issue of Warrant Control, i've stalled them with Ex160 and N245 - heard nothing as yet...but it's imminent to rear it's head again i'm sure! On this i don't see as making a claim for PPI against the credit company would cause any issues?

What would your experiences advise as the best course of action under these two circumstances?

I don't know if this will be helpful but I was getting continuous calls from a firm wanting to claim PPI back,for me until I told them I'd used these methods. The chap on the other end of the line then told me that if I claimed the clock would be reset and that if any payment was found to be due to me, that would be offset against the debt.

Interesting point. never happened to me where the ppi recovery is offset against the debt. You need to analyse your losses due to missold PPI. Did it lead you into financial distress in other areas? All this can be claimed back as well as the ppi. Anyway more often than not they are using the plevin case and only paying out commissions they took within the PPI which are above 50%

after learning some...more stuff, esp banking fraud (creating credit - not a loan!) where no interest should be added to "your" cash (promissory note), then all money charged by interest, charges and PPi (anything else?) that comes up....should be reclaimable - with interest / offset against the debt - which...may become credit Smile

Any other ideas and suggestions???

Does anyone know if PPI can be claimed from a limited company business account?

Even if the company is not trading (but still active) and the director is still alive?

What about if the director is deceased?

you can claim PPI if it is owed regardless, or should be able to

i dont know about if the director is deceased though ? they would have a job making a claim if deceased ?
i have heard of ghost writing but....?

However, any ppi paid out would go into the business account?

if they say no then look at their reasons for saying no and challenge their reasoning
