Re: ceo of banks
In my experience, just get the addresses correct and simply send to the CEO. The reply you'll get will be never be from the CEO LET ALONE a named man or woman taking liability for the content of their letters...

Re: ceo of banks
The same names appear as the directors of most banks as they simply do the rounds, as a director of one bank retires, resignes, or finishes they are replaced by another director from another bank, basically a closed shop.

Re: ceo of banks
And another example of how corrupt they and the whole system are! Which should make anyone feel even more driven not to accept their shameful way of earning a living by using fear tactics.
Unless they provide the documentation we require (they can’t because they’re either cowboys in effect in terms of how they obtain debts and/or they do not understand our legal rights...) the law is on our side. So they have nothing left except to play this game of fear (it is a game and once you realise that, you’ll cope better) hoping you’ll give in.
They never address all your points and instead ignore them (because they can’t answer them...) And in my four years experience I have NEVER received a letter that has a name to go with the signature (as the signature is made up) at the bottom of their letters. Even the signatures you see as evidence for your Royal Mail signed for letters is made up / will have initials like ‘CQ’ (Capquest for example). They behave like cowards and ironically think they can turn us into cowards... That sums it up!
Spread the word...
