I've been subbed to this guys channel for some time, if you are good on the phone you could have
a lot of fun with DCAs etc.

Listen to this carefully as it explains the fraud being committed.

Guy buys a vehicle and signs a contract with the dealer.

Ally representative admits that they buy the contract from the dealer and this discharges the debt.

Ally now own the contract document and claim the guy has to pay them.

By buying the contract, Ally have discharged the debt.

Guy wants a copy of the contract between himself and Ally and as there is not one the Ally representative then says go to the dealer and get a copy.

What will he be getting a copy of? the contract between himself and the dealer, the debt he owes the dealer is discharged and the contract is honoured between himself and the dealer.

What claims are being made here? Ally claim there is a contract between themselves and the purchaser, but there is none; there was a contract between the purchaser and the dealer which is discharged, and a contract between the dealer and Ally which is being used to get the purchaser to pay Ally, and as he has no contract with Ally all they can do is try deceipt and hope people accept this.

if copper stops you & asks for address, state who/what address? as any address is give out by the post office & post codes are business districts, do you live in a business district?

its about establishing contract with the PERSON NAME, that's all. In the vid someone states "due to privacey laws I can't... how would like it if someone else said they were you by confirming..." hang on a minute, is not that what's expected & you actually do here? Confirm your name & number?

I get it all the time when foning for car insurance, contact the water, gas etc. All they want is the NAME confirming so they can conduct business.

There is a lot more to this but at least try to see what's going on.
