Thanks

This is the best remedy IMO, but with American terminology, it's difficult to understand.

This is why people like Richard Ansah might be able to help.

Settle your Cestui Que Vie Trust Now Empty Re: Settle your Cestui Que Vie Trust Now

Post by Waffle Wed May 10, 2017 11:35 pm

It is an enticing video. I understand a lot more since I first watched it. Its literally terminating the public trust and moving it to a private trust.

I tried getting my taxes set off last year and had a chat with HMRC, I didn't know enough but she said to me I need to know who my trustees are, and HMRC do not hold any accounts there to set it off. As the vid said I didn't go in as king, the agent openly admitted she knew exactly what I was talking about but was reluctant to open up. If you know what your talking about you'll get a more comprehensive response.

So who are the trustee's, any beneficiary has the right to terminate a trust and/or discharge and appoint new trustees, but they have to know whats in the res. I've got that understanding from lots of reading within the statutes, however, it appears once in trust land your in equity, which is a different ball game. As a process though I think as the vid (I'm not sure who the narrative is, sounds like thornton or walters correct me if I'm wrong) says its not as complicated as it may seem.

In a private trust your trustees can be anyone willing to take on the role after you nominate them.

Waffle asks: So who are the trustees?

The trustees are those who take all of your money...Our government. Think about it.

That goes without saying but as a beneficiary one would need to be much more specific, which department or departments are the trustees to the estate?

Hi Waffle

According to the CQV legislation if someone dies intestate then the remaining res of the trust may be shared between the trustees and Executor. Might I suggest the treasury as a place to look for your trustees?

Cheers!

Very good lamani, how did you come to the understanding the treasury may be the place to look?

Hi Waffle

Same way as usual - by accident! i have been looking into trusts recently and i came across the story of an American woman who perfected a lien on her own strawman and then pushed it into involuntary bankruptcy. The lien gave her precedence to allow all creditors of her strawman to be paid and she got the pile of res remaining. i remembered she had to physically go to the treasury to seal the deal, so....

Btw, is it beyond the realms to suspect your own 'person' (Mr Waffle) is counted as a Trustee? He IS the only authorised signatory to release funds from your bond (hence the importance of joinder/consent in all things legislative - but i'm sure you know that already).

Cheers!

No I didn't know any of that, I don't see why the starwman wouldn't be a trustee, its the straw that gets damaged for legal purposes so that makes a lot of sense that the straw man would be the trustee, the legal owner.

Let us know if you find any more information on the treasury.
