Yes the vaguely and open to interpretation legislation, which as you can see did not even go through a primary draft resolution will be the "carte blanc power to arrest and section/quarantine any one for anything at anytime in any place".

I am not proud of my self saying this, but I told you to watch out for Hancock, didn't I.

I wonder how long it will take the lice to abuse this legislation, untrained health professionals now, and with the powers to operate upon an assumption, simply having a cough will be reason enough for them to arrest and detain you and common law is undermined yet again.

another logic block:
The virus 'apparently' spread from animals to humans (leptospirosis). therefore humans can also spread to animals, so why are not animals being also impounded.

Taking a comment re Mr Blue on another post re posts being misread to look offensive, the 2020 coronavirus legislation can be used as an excuse to target 'awake' groups.

Yes the arbitrary ex judicial detainment, quarantine and death by injection is for us, its always been for us, they have had these emergency powers in place since DORA during the 1st world war, only now in the year of 2020 is it purposely rolled out, The British populace on the whole stopped thinking a long time ago, which is why we have vermin like Ratt Hancock running amuck, I called him and his department out last year, I know exactly how full of it they really are. I guess ill be taken away soon, I prefer in a coffin to in cuffs.

I also think the sudden reshuffle of the PM's cabinet was a ploy to not allow any scrutiny of that Bill when it was raised, not that I have faith in any minister to have opposed it anyway, as for common law, it only exists today as statutory recollection of legal title property rules, we reached the absurdity of statutory instruments replacing customary law a long time ago and her Maj let that happen knowingly, For me it boils down to are we held under their public trust or are we private from it, if they force us into their public trust once we stand our ground privately...then its trafficking on their part.
