supreme court again against poor British families , a guy from Isle of wight lost his case in court today for taking his child on holiday in school time , school times has we all know holiday are cheaper, when the school holidays do arrives holiday prices go sky high, unfortunately school time is the only time poor families can have a holiday together,
Theresa may said great news , it was Theresa may who made the £18600 rule in which keeps thousands of families apart, and the Supreme Court rule in her Favour in this case.
Theresa may has no Children , what does she know about family life
Theresa may spent nearly £1000 on a pair of trousers , what does she know about being poor.
Supreme court is not fit for purpose when it comes to family life.

I herd this today, crazy world. Apparently it affects the states interests in the infant, if you work and have been registered at birth you are poor, no matter how much money is in the bank, poor laws are still in force in the UK, they just disguise them well.

What kind of a society is it we live in when you are punished for taking "your own", oh sorry, the states child on holiday. Its so wrong. Don't send them to school then it won't be a burden on the state if you decide to take them on holiday.

Hi Petesomething, it does boggle the mind. Its my understanding that the education system becomes the trustee of the infant for the state once enrolled into the education system. I know some one who has had letters from social services because there child has been late on a few occasions, there is a 10 minute window where the children can enter the school property and get to class. Whats going on here??? I dread the thought of this system in 10 years.

Thankfully there are options for schooling, so long as the kids get an education.

Would that be the supreme court who sided with the banks against us over penalty charges. A matter many of us fought against for years and now the banks have the supreme court to throw in our faces
