Hi freeland,

Its simple, this is what I use;

https://goodf.forumotion.com/t4480-face-masks-against-nurembourg-court-art-6-sec-3#30015

https://goodf.forumotion.com/t4471-your-rights-for-the-mask-wearing-4hrs-ago#30029

Also on here somewhere is the 'Universal declaration on Bioethics & Human Rights'
just down load it (article 6)

I also made a badge but not used it.The size of of a business card which just stated
I have a health / disability
condition and therefore
Exempt from weraing
a face covering

If you have a fear of Hypoxia or Hypercpnia ,that counts as a disability under the
Equality Act 2010

freeland,

why not use your inalienable right to not wear a mask? Remember those "fines" THEY want to dish out? if you look at:

https://www.legislation.gov.uk/aep/WillandMarSess2/1/2/introduction

Grants of Forfeitures.

That all Grants and Promises of Fines and Forfeitures of particular persons before Conviction are illegall and void.

don't forget these "rules" are NOT legislation so coppers should not get involved.

Hi freeland, You are overthinking this. I suggest you watch the short vid in the link
below and read the transcript below it.

You dont need any paperwork just arm yourself with a few notes.

1. If wearing a mask causes you anxiety,or if you get short of breath etc, then
you are classed as having a disability under the Equality Act 2010. You do not
have to prove that and shops are not allowed to ask.
2. If you are refused entry ,you have a case of discrimination under that act.
( Shops will be aware of this).

You can if you wish print out some of the legislation we have provided athough
you are very unlikely to need any of it.

If the police come .Which again is very unlikely ,do not speak to them ,its a civil
matter and nothing to do with them.

freeland to use an inalienable right is something that we all do every day. Simply putting 1 foot in front of t'other to walk is a prime example. Simply do not put on a mask that's it simple.

But take DI's advice & arm yourself with knowledge.

Yes LionsShare is correct. Your in-a-lien-able rights are the rights given to man
from God. no man can take them from you,and no man has authority over you.

That is where everyone needs to understand what a Person is. When you
comprehend this all becomes clear.

Di pointed this out earlier this week:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFp50vuTYHU

it has to be the simplest, easiest, best explanation of the what system we live in actually is. For those interested as DI stated above a Person; will all become clear.

Hi freeland ,yes you can. However I would not worry about that as it seems
plod will not be enforcing it. and most shops also dont seem to be bothering
about it. So if I were you I would just go shopping without a mask. Of course
you may get the odd comment from one of the brain dead sheep.

By about 1645, "inalienable" was also in use as a synonym of "unalienable." "Inalienable" is the more common variant today, but it was "unalienable" that was used in the Declaration of Independence to describe rights like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Examples of inalienable in a Sentence

The retail high street was on its ar*e and had been for a while prior to the pandemic. It will be killed off shortly as more people shop online and more people will no longer enjoy the ‘shopping experience’ with face masks / BS one way systems etc. Even my wife no longer wants to go to the nearest major shopping mall (that’s saying something!) She went once recently and said not again.

I also think that (death of the high street) is intended. To make room for more social housing among other reasons no doubt. Watch this space.
