I don't understand how she claimed NOT to know where you are when she bought the ticket to India, then you get an E-mail in India, this immediately raises suspicions about the authenticity of this document. Tickets can be traced, you will have passed through immigration and listed there, you will be listed on the airlines passenger manifest if you flew, and you passed through immigration in India so the records will exist. In addition to this the ticket payment details will be traceable and you can ask how she afforded the ticket on a low income and this has repurcussions, if her income is insufficient then it proves she had other assets such as gold to sell in untraceable income; but wait, who or where did she sell the gold because there will be a record of this transaction also.

How did you purchase the gold ? Was it from somewhere like Bullion by Post
if so bank records will show the transaction. Get the bank statements.
Collect as many documents and evidence as you can. She cannot be forced
to sell the house until the youngest child reaches 18, so its vital you retain equity
in the house.
Check out the legal aid link & if need be source a solicitor locally,do not just
go to one ,i personally went to at least 6 before i found one i was happy
with and they were 15 miles away. Most solicitors give a free half hour
consultation so take advantage of it.
