We all have cameras , phones ,camcorders , but is it a crime to take photo,s or videos on holiday walking through a park as a hobby or to audit, we seen the police abuse their powers throughout covid 19,  but to some police photography is a crime , should a police officer swear at you causing harassment alarm or distress for videoing and to arrest you , and also a good old knee in the back just for making a video , well this what pc Lewis Kent 4642 done  to Koleeberks, sorry was not sure how to upload the video but you can watch it on youtube Koleeberks  high wycombe , and if you think this officer should be sacked go to Audit Ed channel youtube  and sign the petition , we are becoming a police state each day , we tell our kids not to bully , but our politicians can bully like priti patel backed by Boris Johnson and it goes down the line through out the police

Clear case of lice abuse, it is a clear claim which will win in court although it wont get there as the lice will pay out before it gets anyone near a court.

The law:

You can take video or photographs from any public place and this includes private property.
You can photograph and video inside the lice station in any public area of the lice station.
It is NOT illegal to photograph any lice station.
The High Court have stated this along with ACPO and other lice authorities, just as they have said you can swear at any lice as they cannot be offended.

Photography cannot be used as reasonable suspicion of terrorism according to the High Court.
You cannot be arrested for not supplying details as you have the right to remain silent. They cannot detain you for your details so if they do you sue the bast*rds.

There has been a marked change with the thugs in uniform since this scamdemic started.
This is witnessed especially at rallies, now people with cameras are the first to targeted.
I am subbed to several auditors/cop watchers both here and in the US. What is very
clear ,no one should be filming on their own now. Always take a friend as well and if they
can record covertly so much the better. Even now that some livestream ,the pigs do not
seem to care .No doubt they know they will get away with anything.

What the low IQ / low empathy thugs dont realise is there will become a time when the
people will turn on them. Personally I hope that time is not far away.

I agree Dave, and not far off with the aggression and violence they show regularly, towards the people they are there to ALLEGEDLY protect.
