More Lice Fraud

Anyone seen the videos of the lice recently? yes, most people have and this clearly shows us the fraud.

Government websites clearly state you dont have to give anyone your details and the lice are going out and asking for peoples details and proclaiming it is so they can check out your exemption, so how are they doing this and more importantly, how are they doing this.

Recent videos have exposed this by cun*stables in uniform going around and demanding peoples details with the threat of arrest so they can issue them with a PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE, the lice dont issue penalty charge notices, they issue summonses; here we have clear admissions that they are not acting under their duties as they only deal with CRIMINAL OFFENCES and not civil matters, but by issuing PCN's they are acting upon civil matters and are being encouraged to do so by their superiors.

What does this mean??? actually it means they are arresting people for civil matters and abusing their position to do so and this is highly illegal, they cannot deal with civil matters so every arrest means an illegal detention and every arrest for such matters means anyone arrested can bring a claim against the lice for arresting them to find their details so they can issue a PCN, it cannot be much clearer than that.

Four High Court Judges have already stuck their heads above the parapet and clearly stated that any such arrest for obtaining peoples details to issue a PCN is highly illegal and against International Human Rights Legislation and have also said any such cases bought before them will see the claimant win and the lice lose, how clear do we need this to be.

Now what im about to say might rub some the wrong way but hey! Its me! I can think what I want, right?

I can agree with being arrested and going the route of the private prossicution, however look at it another way...

IF we allow this to go on it will lead to a police state, and in the past we might have ALLLL said that ''Thats not what I would have done. I would have fought them all the way''! Or words to that effect.
Well for me at least, I am there now! I AM going to fight an unlawfull arrest all the way. I dont know how it might turn out but in the words of my father I will take a few of the b*stards with me when I go!

Why pussyfoot about? We know that they are not being lawful so why bother with the middle chat?

A question you might ask me is what I might do if there are more than one? Simple. I will take the c*nts down one by one at a latter time. And I mean it too!

I do not carry a user name around with me and I am prepared to be locked up over the weekend or more if there are more than I can handle. But once out I am not messing, but I am hunting.

I agree 100% Tom,
They are forcing things to the point where a push back is inevitable,probablly
thats part of the plan.But we cannot just do nothing ,we are surrounded by
subserviant sheep as it is. At my time of life I have little to lose. My only fears
are for the children.
If they want to turn the streets into Ulster of the past,then bring it on ,there are not enough of them and that includes the army.
What the police seem to forget is that unlike the army they do not live in barracks
they live among us.
I would like to see a place where the names and addresses of these scum are posted.

For me, an address is relevent to the individual police constable. ... And that's what I mean by hunt them down. But having a few addresses of a few local cops is nice if I'm stopped and threats are made. I might just reel off a few names and addresses and see what these fellows do for each other.

A simple letter campaign in the local area with details written and posted to all the homes....?

Thanks! By low life I think we might mean that if you were to take a choice betwix one chap or another, then these individuals would always not even be mentioned in the engrams of my noggin!

I see them as Storm Troopers from a well known franchise. Nobody cares of the individual Trooper, just that he is there and he is a target, or in this case he is a village idiot and best left alone in case he follows you home! Or a bunch of hooded potential muggers that sit by the roadside on the wall and make some kind of stupid comment as one passes. In THAT case its best to walk up to them and punch the living shoop out of them all because I for one will NOT live in fear in my own area.

PS to mods. OOPS I have been swearing a tad of late. i'll try and keep it down. Soz!
