Default notice date June 2019, no there is no default notice in SAR

The postal order had “for cca request only” written on it.

The alleged default notice M&C sent has June 2019 on the date.

The SAR has no default notice.

When I get home I check when Cabot got alleged debt assigned.

This is a tricky one. Mortimer Clarke could have faked the default notice. And even though the SAR produced no default notice, that doesn't mean the OC never originally issued a default notice straight to you. As I have mentioned on another post (not yours Cookiemonster2) my OC SARs never produced a default notice BUT I always had the originals... Hmm...

I think they been checky, as I received the letter real recently and they dated that letter to weeks ago, but even then the date they wrote is way after the deadline for my CCA request, also the copy of CCA is blank no details

very unusual to have a default notice dated june 2019 , then sell the debt to a debt buyer just 5 months later ?

Aqua did send in SAR Notice of default sums in April, in May, in June, in July etc.... but this Default Notice does not exit is SAR

This is the letter they sent weeks ago but only received on 03/03/21 and it was sent 1st class so BS it was sent weeks ago in feb.

Im gonna write a response it is not enforceable as they have not sent me ....

I wrote to you on many occasions; requesting verification of your claim and I still have not received ALL of the items I requested for. What you did gave was not all and not what I required, not only that it was very over due. as for that I cannot except them.
Your 14day limit on letter you allegedly sent on 16/2/21 is rejected as it was not received until 3/03/21 even tho it was sent 1st class.
This will be the final notice.
To prove your claim by providing me ALL (not one or some) items I require below.
