Successfully discharged £3497.67 with Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited

Hi guys,

I just want to share one of many success stories I have had in discharging debt (in this case).

This was for an outstanding overdraft balance of £3497.67 with TSB bank. I jumped ship from my bank and into transferwise/revolut when I learned of all the fraud the banks were committing. I had enough, and didn't want to be party to this anymore.

I also wanted to use it to try out the varying methods of debt discharge I found online. I originally used the three letter template with TSB but it got me nowhere, it didn't work. They forwarded the debt on to Moorcroft Debt Recovery Limited.

By that point I had turned the internet upside down, inside out, did a few course, learnt quantum grammar etc. and knew exactly what to do in order to finally get these guys off my back.

I want to openly share with you guys all the scanned letters and dealings I had with Moorcroft so you can see what is required in order to successfully discharge the debt. (my address is obviously blotted for my privacy).

This way I can qualify what I say and give you all first hand knowledge of these methods used.

Don't rely on the three letter template, it does not work!!

The 3 letters do work if people use them properly and do not just use
them as templates and use their brain to see what is actually in the letters.

DaveIron is 100% correct / the context. I have used them. Approx. £20K of alleged debts. Not a penny paid (well, except for postage!)

Nice one! In terms of them being honored directly by the bank they failed and often times get overlooked, as many testify here. Can anyone see the pdf I uploaded? It's often good to keep a record of these things, own court of record. I have found I have had the most success with legal departments and the courts, as they know they can not prove a valid claim. It is just very rare to find proof online nowadays of actual scanned documents of people discharging their debts with verification. Something I was astonished by when I actually received confirmation from Moorcroft, as they just fall silent or secretly sell onto to other firms. Anyway, it is more proof it can be done, and I am having all the fun in the world doing it.

As many tools in the arsenal won't hurt and is the best strategy, so I personally always think outside the box because they will always test our knowledge and resolve. I also agree that just sending the templates, and not dealing with the DCA's responses appropriately will not get the desired results. They test you, to see if you know what you're doing and to see if you know what your rights are... For example, I have just started using the 3 letter process, and I have just had to deal with a cheeky bloke at Lowell who tried to convert my "Notice" to a "Letter"! They are up to all sorts of tricks nowadays, but we gotta be ready for 'em!

After I wrote my response to Lowell and told my good friend about the cheeky letter, she sent this excellent video by Robert - Observation Deck, that confirmed what I had figured out... it was very timely indeed.

This is not the first time we had someone saying something like this , if dave can find, i posted about 10 or 12  letters with 0.00 balance using the 3 letters . but dont take my word for it . they maybe on my post somewhere
i remember dave improving the 3 letters ,( but you must adapt)  i have won each time any debt agency or solicitor came my way , last time i won was a ppi claim  in this case i did not use the 3 letters  solicitor backed down in 2 letters from me , However the 3 letters sometimes can be only part of the progress , if you need help ,give the guys on here all the information you can and dont leave it to the last minute ,  
there is no magic way, you may have to work hard to win and hold your nerve,
i always waited until the debt went to the debt agency before used the 3 letter but ask the guys on here in your case ,  and the guys on here can tell you all the information you need .
some times debt agency or solicitor will lie or will bluff you.

Just to give you an idea, I've spent around £2000 on courses learning how to reclaim my strawman through the UCC, which turns out to be another trap as your effectively registering your estate to the Vatican without any access to the 'code' in the Uniform Commercial Code, thus your committing copyright infringement as you are not licensed. Something they can pull the plug on anytime. I then did an intensive ticks and traps course with Mark Christopher on all the secrets surrounding the postal road mechanics and language through parse-syntax, Millers quantum grammar technology. It took me roughly two months to learn and was an incredible investment, as I can now stand on my own two feet and serve this fictitious system with my own T's & C's with full authority and immunity from their world of fiction.

The three letter system is a great foundation, but there is so much more we can do to stamp more authority on our document contracts. What most people don't realize is that the court is the document, the four corners where we reserve all our right(s) (angles). The document itself is a vessel floating in a sea of space, which is why we dock it, its a dock for the mind. On the document, the stamps we use are the bills of the lading, autographing across the stamp makes us postmaster, using our thumbprint is our God given seal and proof of life, our whole weight is behind it. The postal roads are shipping lanes, and your letter box is a vessel in dry dock, a contracting venue. The courts are no different, just another four corner where games are played, like our documents. All judges and lawyers have are words on paper. When you can prove that their language, the legalese, and otherwise the English we use day to day is engineered fraud, you can smash down their whole house of mirrors and sue them for a correct language performance. BAR cult fiction code: No law or fact shall be tried in court. They have deliberately colored the language so they can turn prepositions into adverbs, nouns into verbs so your whole case can be turned into an impenetrable puff of smoke.

There is so much more to it, which is why I created a course. Innerstanding the games that are played within these four corners and boxes will give every man and woman the tools to show how their presentments are nothing more than impenetrable poetry that has no legal/lawful claim whatsoever. This is done through doing forensics on documents, namely the parse-syntax. What they rely on is ignorance of the law is no excuse. It is all a fishing expedition for them, hoping you will either accept without question or act dishonorably and dispute it, where they can drag you into court and fleece you. Conditional acceptance is our only remedy, but there is so much more we can add to our arsenal to shut these fools down that can be learnt.

Debt collecting agencies are no different, they are all babbling, and it is so easy to pick apart their documents they send us to show them how illiterate, innumerate and uneducated they are, amongst other things.

Being able to do the forensics on the documents and show the engineered fraud they use is a skill everyone walking this path will require if they are to have long lasting success from anyone of these fraudulent agencies, none more so than the abattoirs (courts). Unfortunately, something that cant really be taught on forums such as these unless I spend the next two months transcribing my course into text and post with all the relevant documents. I can only give insights, and those with their lamp still on, can choose to seek further. This isn't a dick measuring contest, I'm seriously here to help those who seek it, but you can only help those who help themselves. I have to protect myself by sharing this kind of knowledge in the private, where all our remedy is; in the private. To be in the private realm is to be a freeman of the land.

Don't worry. I'll be sharing plenty of free cases in the coming weeks. I don't need the business, nor the money. I just know psychology and how things work when certain things are free, people don't value it nor give it the time of day required to reap its rewards.

Can one of you confirm whether the PDF can be accessed though that I uploaded? I can't seem to see it anywhere. I have more I wish to share of my cases (all the scanned letters of the back and forth) to show proof and help people out with knowing what to do and say.

Your delusional. I'm here to share my success with the community for free! I couldn't care less whether people visit my site or not! I won't be posting anymore links to it, it seems too much hassle. Great to see the moderators at work over here with all what I have seen for the last 25 yrs this platform has been really well done and very helpful and guess what...it is free! so many platforms with the truth have a fee and personally I find that the information that is shared is not theirs but then I guess they are charging for the time and effort.
Damn I find to learn David-Wynn Millers (rip) syntax stuff in a few months is incredible econhitman great job, I stayed with it for 13mths and I could not fully grasp it enough to share it anyways, but then my ass is not a smart ass by any means. I do feel more strings to the bow is always helpful, however keeping it simple suverans is always terrific.

Also to mention Lopsum even after Mark-Wynn Miller (rip) work I still misread shyte lol. Also a quick mention on my issue with the bank, they have been suspiciously very nice with my situation, emailing things like..."we understand you are going through hardships and would like to assist you" this has been going on for months after 2 default notices. Imma play this out until we ready to pull the trigger (3 letters)

Thank you Broke, much appreciated. If I can find a few mins here and there during my busy life to help lighten the burden for some people, then why the hell not. I tried to look at your site but my internet security (Kaspersky) flagged your
site as 'untrustworthy' and it now appears Lopsum is getting similar with Avast.
For whatever reason you chose to accuse us of censorship ,when at that time
not a single word of your posts was deleted, now all that has been deleted are

You are welcome to continue to share your experiences here but unless & until

I understand your positions and oversight for the other members and I fully respect that. I'm not 'butt hurt' lol just frustrating when trying to prove your legitimacy as a trustworthy honest, transparent individual who has gone at this system hammer and tongs for the last few years, putting my neck on the line as it were, to only be accused this that and the other without any honest feedback as to how I can work with the moderators to prove otherwise. I can't speak for software that assumes this that and the other. The website has had no issues with every student who has gone through the course thus far!

Many have taken my course, and many will continue to do so. The kind off knowledge is very sensitive, hence why it must be kept private through a purchasing agreement. The only other course online teaching similar things is valued £2750.00 and people are signing up left right and center, with Mark Christopher. Go check him out, he has some wonderful content with his youtube channel. I'm otherwise a student of his.

It's not for everyone, but like any educational content that is as vast as the parse-syntax and learning all of what David-Wynn: Miller found out, it does require at least 2 months of your time to go back to school and learn appropriately, it is an investment and an agreement to keep things strictly private.

'They' know what I am up to, and what I have been doing within this system to stop and correct it. I have had many sabotage attempts in my life due to the letters I have been sending to institutions to address the fraud they've been administering and what I am now teaching. And the way psychology works, I know myself, if I make an investment in my education toward something, I will see it through. This way it separates the wheat from the chaff as I only want to work with serious clientele who are willing to do their homework and get up to speed with what it takes to be truly sovereign.

I will share as much as I can for free, as I have been doing for many years now, but for those who wish to take matters into their own hands and learn how to fish, and just given a fish for the day, there is a great course for people to pursue should they wish to do so.

Kaspersky and Avast are anti virus and internet security programs ! We weren't accusing you , its a fact they flag your site as potentially dangerous.
Maybe you should look into what you need to do to remove these issues.
Our rules on promoting websites are there to stop the sort of thing you did.So your entrance here wasnt well thought out. This is very much your own fault that you summoned up some prodding and poking.You appeared as a charlatan would with no consideration for the site and its members and trying to exploit the member list.
