Many incorrect entries on my credit report

I was wondering why i wasn't being accepted for any credit, so i have used Clearscore and found that there are 10 defaults that are simply incorrect. How do i go about remedying this please as i have been looking to get a mortgage and theirs no way i will be able to as my credit report currently stands. I have heard of the three letter process, would this apply after speaking to the alleged creditors and they fail to resolve.

there really isn't enough information to go on here ?

you say there are 10 incorrect defaults ? is there 10 different accounts or 5 accounts with 2 defaults each or 1 account with repeated defaults over a period of time ? etc

you must have been receiving communication from your 'creditors' this may help understand why there are defaults on your credit report(s)

also what makes you so sure that they are incorrect ?

need to find out what this is all about before commenting on what i may do next.

Agreed with Waylander62. A lot (for now at least) doesn't add up.

Sorry for the late response as i have been in hospital, ok so i have an account for Virgin when i had a handset with them, the contract had finished and i then moved to another provider. I had no reason to check my report as i had not applied for any credit for years except for my mobile providers which there were no problems with. I have now found that they have been putting monthly missed payments for the contract that i had and no longer have. I have been with my new provider for the past 9 years, i only became aware of this when i tried to take out a contract for an ipad and it was declined. I asked why this didn't come up when i renewed my handsets and they told me that they are existing contracts so would not be affected, whereas the ipad would be a new contract. I have also seen CCJs for loans that i have never ever had, i simply do not use or apply for credit. My car was bought 2nd hand cash and the only credit I've ever needed was my handsets. Some years ago i was the victim of identity theft in a bad way, i had to deal with that and close my bank accounts down and be issued completely new details. So where please do i start with this? the Virgin entry is ridiculous, the contract had finished and i moved to another provider and they have been billing since and added entries. And the CCJs i don't know where to start......i just did not apply for anything. Please please can someone help.

I would start with a SAR to the credit reference agency,you need to find
out as much as you can about these existing judgments etc.

agree with daveiron, you absolutely must find out what all of these CCJ's are for and what they relate to and as quickly as possible.

to be honest you should be able to see on your credit file who the alleged creditors are for all of these ?

you must act quickly because it will have an adverse affect on your health.

There really isn't enough information. You have to find out or tell us more in the first place. And you also have to make sure that these records are wrong because it sounds like an assumption so far. In any case, the information would not be excessive. So it's better to read the terms of the mortgage loan. After all, there are tricks everywhere, if you read the rules well, as my wife and I did https://www.greedyrates.ca/. To gather more information. There may not be a problem, but just an error in the system due to a malfunction.
