what do you do when an energy company breaks into your home with out a court warrant or consent, no letters from any court asking me to attend any court hearing.?

what do you do when the police refuse to file a report and gather any evidence on the break and enter.?

how would you become plaintiff or is it the claimant in the courts,

all the doors i am knocking on seem to be shut, is it the queens bench i need to open like the karl lentz method ? whats the courts for if you can not use them, seems like everybody is just abusing their powers, i thought everybody has the right to be heard under common law well were do you get heard at?

does anybody know why an electrical operator would want to apply for a warrant of entry, would it not be the energy provider that would want a warrant of entry?

terminology is important here. There are 2 main phrases to graps:

1. Transmission Network
2. Supplier

the main for 1 is national grid although there are others - eg SSE.
an eg for 2 is EDF, B'gas, SSE (including variations on the name - all part of the same group (I think)), ovoenergy, etc

Regarding warrant of entry that is done by any company to be in No 2 - yes a big shit

the why is simple - to rob you of your worth when none of us are liable for anything public, the utilities are public assets & therefore being Creditors ourselves don't discharge anything for a public asset.

so would it not be the energy supplier that would apply for the warrant over a civil dispute?, something is really strange about this warrant, although i have never seen a warrant before.
i do understand its to rob me of my asset/equity.

so looking back now when i rebutted the letter from edf that stated they dont accept p-notes and accept for value, which obviously they have to accept something has value, so they do do accept for value, and in that letter they were told it was a n/instrument, which has never been rebutted so,
i do now see how they have accepted the negotiable instrument by not rebutting my claim in the 3day 72hr acceptance period if i have that correct?.
the tom barnett vid made me see how i have slipped up in nailing that to a notice to edf. am i correct in my thinking.

energy suppliers never apply for a warrant as they instruct another party to do this, they give the agent THEIR version of events and when the agent has enough they hire a court room (star chamber room) which is a room in the alleged court building, as a private room. They also include a Magistrate in the deal and he/she is acting in their PRIVATE CAPACITY and not their public capacity and they get £4 per warrant signed, are you getting it now?

Gas or electricity agent is a private company, and magistrates and crown courts are another private company called HMCTS (her majestys courts and tribunal services) so you essentially have one private company acting for another private company, for profit. The room and magistrate are paid for, so a profit for HMCTS and they get an additional £4 per warrant they sign, but how do they sign? electronically of course, if the agent hires a room and magistrate for 1/2 day and he/she signs 500 warrants HMCTS gets that as a profit plus £2000 for signing the warrants.

How do they get away with it? because maxim 4 states that "truth is expressed in the form of an affidavit" and it must be true, correct, and complete, we also have maxim 5 which states an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth, and maxim 6 which states "an unrebutted affidavit becomes judgement in commerce", so, by not rebutting you give them judgement. EDF cannot rebut because they are a corporation (corpse) and only a person can rebut. That same person signing the affidavit also accepts full liability for their claims and nobody in a corporation will accept liability.

mel from experience of mine & others do not get too hung up on writing notices here there & all ways, remember we are fighting a rigged, corrupt system, deal with what ever comes your way as & when. Most or all of what you write WILL be IGNORED.

I found that with a spped ticket I had 3 yrs back.

So what affidavit have they been truthful about maxim 4
do i get to see this affidavit that i have to rebut? maxim 5

they no i rebutted everything, if they showed a judge what i have done to there claim as in rebutting and voiding the claims, how could he grant a warrant?

no court has contacted me to rebut any claim/affidavit against me

yeah i am starting to see by sending/replying to all there letters etc is playing in to their hands of the mr smith etc, thats why most is ignored i think,
should we just be walking in the courts like creditors to have debt collectors put in place etc, instead of all this person rules and reg spending most of our lives defending an attack from fiction corporations, when fact and fiction meet fiction needs to move. i am sure the creator didnt give us a pen as such.
why would a creditor answer to anything, why would a creditor need to write when he/she can speak with what the creator has given you, writing is for corporations to communicate is it not.
Tom barnett is opening my eyes that holding position is very important to be the creditor, what are the rules and reg for Man, there's plenty for persons with acts, statutes etc.
it sounds like the equity courts is where we need to be for the remedy to our problems

so i have some news on what i can still say up to this date is my No WARRANT of entry.
i have contacted the magistrate where the no warrant is from, i say no warrant because all parties involved will not show the evidence of the warrant.

Apparently i never replied to a x1 human rights letter, so that's 1 [one] letter i apparently never replied to and the warrant was granted under the Gas and electricity boards rights of entry 1954 for an outstanding balance.
But still Where is the [NO]Warrant ?
Where is my summons etc ,
talk about corruption, i think its when you get 1st hand experience is when you really start to wake up.
