A Visitor Calls

Today was interesting, for those who do not know, we, in the village carry walkie talkies so we can stay in contact with each other, suddenly the radio burst into life and several people answered.

Cr*pita were calling, having a private road which I own is well signed and nobody has any access on MY PRIVATE ROAD without my consent and Cr*pita decided to ignore the large 6 X 4 signs and entered the village to call all upon those without a TV license (which is most of the village) and try to sell them something, I heve NOT had a TV license for years and will never have one, but I also have large electric gates which were opened as I was awaiting a friend who was coming on a large tractor. He also carries a radio which he and his employees carry around the farm and as he entered MY private road he shouted and told me there was a strange car parked beyond the signs and on my property, the road is narrow and twisty and he informed me he had his large (2 tonne) nose weights in cast iron fitted, he couldn't get past the car and gave it a nudge and it went right into the ditch, one written off Astra, oh dear.

Suddenly two people appeared on my garden and announced themselves as Cr*pita scum and were told to leave as they had trespassed and their response was that trespass was a civil offence, they were informed that they has passed large signs which prevented them entering MY property and by doing this it was now aggravates trespass which is a criminal offence and still they refused to leave, I told them they would be physically removed if they didn't leave and they laughed, right up the point I shouted my other half and told her to let the dogs go. Seeing three large and vicious doga approaching made them leave and as they ran back to their car they found it in the ditch with a great dent in the rear, they jumped on the car roof to avoid the dogs while other residents hearing this radio call gathered to help see them off, and they called the Po-lice.

They turned up and remained on the public side of the boundary until they aw me and asked for permission to enter which they were given, the two Cr*pita scum were arrested and charged with aggravated trespass as the car in the ditch was sufficient evidence of this, plus several residents made statements. Not such a good day for them after all as one of the dogs we believe is part crocodile, began chewing the rear tyre of the car which was in the air, and chewed the tyre right off. Not a good day for them.

As for the lice actually arresting one of their own thats great news, superb story assassin thanks for sharing.

Agreed with all that Sharpysparky except, with respect, the “lucky” bit. After all the Assassin posts I’ve read, the guy doesn’t strike me as lucky, but someone who’s earned every penny with hard work. A dying breed in this country sadly…

If they didn't arrest them they know I would bring a private prosecution against them, then another claim against the po-lice under vicarious liability.

Haha no problem Sharpysparky The point being, knowledge is power and Assassin has plenty of it and, as such, has done deservedly well for himself. And so, no reason why we can't ALL empower ourselves and therefore reap the benefits.
