Electrol office

Hi folks.the electrol office has written to me with the all caps name,baisicley saying i havent responded to the northern ireland canvass 2021,and that 85% of the sheeple have responded,they go on to say you are not required by LAW to vote in any election but you are required ,when requested by the chief electroal officer of northern ireland to provide such information or documentation as required for the purposes of that officer duties in maintaining registers of parliamentary and local electors,(regulations 24 of the representation of the people (northern ireland)regulations 2008.so they go on with more threats as follows,if any (PERSON) fails to comply with any such requirement they shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding levev 3 on the standard scale,(a fine up to £1000) you are now being formally requested to provide this information by makeing an application,,and that i have to the 9th of november,they cleverely used the word LAW to instill fear,guys what is a summary conviction and can they fine me a £1000 quid
and can i just ignore them,with my limited knowlage i think no they cant because im not getting into joinder with the all caps name and im not a person,,apparentley someone in the electrol office pressed the delete key on the system and deleted the original register,and now want everyone to re register im thinking its some sort of political weapon hopeing enough of one side wont bother to vote handing the vote to the other side,many thanks in advance..

As you say they want joinder,personally they would not get it from me.

HI dave, many thanks for your reply,is it possible to just totaly ignore them and their letter and threats of £1000 quid fine like I did with the sensus form or can they actually fine me £1000.cheeres..

fines & forfitures before conviction are ILLEGAL. Look for bill of rights act 1688

council where I am have tried to send actual role form with my b'cert name already written in before now, sometimes I send back, sometimes ignore. I carry on as......

Is this relating to the census or electoral register ?
Either way i would not give joinder.note the wording of their letter they
request not require.
Remember the legal fiction is yours to use as and when you choose.
I have been off of these lists for years now and never get anything from
them addressed to the fiction. you will probably find the same after a
year or two.

Hello dave,dave many thanks for you reply and video ,yes its for the electoral register saying I will get a £1000 quid fine if I don't register my details with them by 9th November 2021,dave my question is can I just completely ignore them without getting a £1000 fine,my thinking is they cant fine me if I dont accept the the all caps name and they wont know who I am to give a fine £1000....many thanks..

Hi, i believe its very unlikely you will get a fine ,just dont give your name.
About 4 months ago i had a visit from them ,(i have not been on register
for years) guy came to door ,i just said no thanks,he replied you wont be able
to vote ,again i just said no thanks and he cleared off looking confused.

Hi dave,thanks for the reply thats great i wont be talking to them or geting into any sort of conversations with them,i stoped voteing years ago i cant stomach watching the criminals that you would of voted for lieing thieving and liveing a life of riley..

Well it seems like the councils are making a push regarding electoral register.
I have now had a second visit from the council.Told him no thanks and
as i was shutting the door he threw the envelope into the house,which i
promptly threw back at him. He cleared off leaving it on the lawn.
So i will now return it as i did before;

Returned for cause
Without dishonour
No lawful consent
No legal contract
Offer of contract declined

It will go back in their letterbox within the 3 days.

They put your name on for one reason, TO CREATE JOINDER and they do this by you replying, let me explain simply.

They write to a legal fiction at a specific service address, yours, you receive the envelope with the legal fiction name on.
You respond to correspondence to the legal fiction name and this is exactly what they want, you to respond.
By responding to their corrrespondence in the legal fiction name you are accepting liability for the legal fiction name and confirming the legal fiction is living/residing at that service address simply by the action of responding, in their legal fictitiuos courts (star chambers) it will be seen as "Implied Consent" by you acting in, or on behalf of the legal fiction.

If you do not respond, firstly in the manner they are forcing you to respond, you are not creating joinder by not acting for the legal fiction name and you need to not respond to create joinder.

I would amend Daveiron's letter slightly:

No legal contract

I would change this to:

No legal OR LAWFUL contract and use the word Lawful in all capital letters as this is showing that lawful is the superior jurisdiction in law and anything legal has to comply with the more powerful and superior Lawful jurisdiction as contracts can only be in the lawful jurisdiction to be valid.
