We've got it - post office

I've recently sent two notices to the same corporation with tracked delivery to prove it has been sent and delivered.

Both time it just says "we've got it" would it still be alright if anything was to go to court as I definitely have proof that I sent it? But they could always say they never received it.... thanks

Check the other information on the 'we've got it' page as it sometimes means it's with the Royal Mail at one of their collection centres, if that is the case it may have been refused at the delivery address, or they have delivered it without getting a signature. Dont worry either way though as in the UK once it's been posted it is deemed delivered, wait for the response and if no response send out your next notice and potentially enclose a copy of the original notice.

If you have one more to send and are concerned about a signature
you could use RM Special delivery. its guaranteed delivery before 1 pm
next day.or your money back . That will get a signature.
You could enclose a copy of your previous notices.
