Hypothetically, If i supplied and had a meter professionally installed at
Lionshares property ,that would make me the supplier ? Also Lionshare
reciprocated at my property ,he would be my supplier. So if we sent
meter reading to each other. Where would be the problem.

No problem as far as see except there would be no util Co having the opportunity to profit so they would try to muscle in.

why you - may be - expected to have a supplier? So there you have it NG cannot bill you ever!
Remember if ever going into court ask can the Devine Creator of all that is be brought into court so that they can state which other wo/man has authority to force me into contract?
