Evening. I have been dealing with a DCA and followed the below template but i am just checking why it needs to be sent 3 times and there are no requests for financial instruments as per the description below:

Debt Collection Agents (DCAs) & Solicitors* acting as DCAs: template
Do not NOT use for OCs or DPs.
If a DCA writes to you or a solicitor acting on behalf of an OC or DP writes to you, we do not use the NOTICE of Conditional Acceptance (NoCA) or the affidavit described above. We have another, dedicated template letter. You will send the following letter three times in total. Always keep proof of posting. Ignore whatever they come back with as they will never have all of the financial instruments we demand.

I think you are getting a little confused. the template you list is just a
one off letter to use if you wish. When they first contact you ,although
it may not look like it they are trying to contract with you. debt collectors
are just interlopers .Deal with them or not its your choice.

I only deal with OCs or DPs ,and then only via the NoCA.

Hi thanks for the replies. I'm confident i understand the process but was a bit confused with the instructions to send the DCA letter 3 times, as instructed to do so in the link @Mrblue2015 has posted above.
