I had my meters for my home and my business changed with "Meter Parts" in April. They have been a God sent. Also I don't recommend you to request a collection for the old meter from the electric or gas companies. This will give them reasons to send out the Protection Team like SEEKA. SEEKA broke into my shop this September and took my meter. Now the police have asked them to return my meter or they will be charged.
I was unable to wait for them to return the meter because my food business must stay open. So I CALLED Meter Parts again and they came on the same day and fitted another meter for free. I insisted on them to take payment for their time and they refused. These guys are real and people of truth. I was recommended by ????. She will guide you and help with any concerns. It was defo the civil court in Aberdeen as had to call them to get through to relevant departments etc…I’m challenging them with the validity of how the warrant was issued…see my response..

Thank you for returning my request. I took some legal advice as you mentioned and have a few questions that I hope you can clarify for me if that's ok. Just so I'm clear that all protocols/procedures were met by the courts and no fraud or perjury has been committed by either the courts or SEEKA Ltd to enable the warrant to be granted and executed. And or if it goes to the SCTS.

We've proved there was a warrant issued as you stated on the 15th July 2022, with SEEKA Ltd acting on behalf of EDF, Correct?

What was the case number?

Did the gas/electric agent apply for the warrant of entry to fit a prepayment electric meter? under the Rights of Entry Act 1954 section 2?or was some other act used?

They forced entry and fitted a prepaid electric meter, so I'm guessing the courts were satisfied with the evidence that was showing to them and the courts followed the correct procedure to allow this to have taken place?

Did SEEKA Ltd put forward any other Act to allow the forced entry and fit a pre-paid meter, ie did the courts hear any other evidence as to why there was a need to fit a prepaid meter as opposed to it being a health/safety concern? (I did have a relevant Gas Safety Certificate that was produced to SEEKA Ltd back in May 3rd 2022?)

The reason I ask these questions, if the courts didn't grant this or give permission to carry out this act, then SEEKA have ignored the warrant giving by the court. Correct?

Can you supply the name of the law society member from SEEKA Ltd who attended the court to make the claim before a Justice Of The Peace?

Can you provide the name of the justice of the peace who was in court that heard the claim that allowed it to proceed.?

What information/evidence was laid before the Justice Of The Peace?

Were there any documents produced to the courts to back up the claim?

As the courts have the duty to follow the law.

Under the Magistrates Courts Act 1980/Civil Procedures Rules 1998/99 (which has precedence over the 1954 Rights of Entry Act) is legislation that is set in place guaranteeing the rights of citizens in regards to a court process is this correct?

Why was the defendant (Kevin Fenwick) not invited to the court under The Magistrates Courts Act 1980? which correct me if I'm wrong there having to have been a hearing, which by law then I should have been invited (The court has an obligation by law to invite the defendant to give the opportunity to defend himself) i'e have a fair trial?

I had no prior notification from EDF that they were proceeding with a court hearing, then it's not EDF's jurisdiction to summon a person to court, it has to come from the court, correct?

I wasn't invited by the court, unless you show me the evidence that I was, to any such hearing and thus any warrant of entry made against me by a court is in dereliction of duty.

So did the courts follow the correct, legal process in which it is legal to issue such warrants?

Even if I wasn't summoned to the hearing, then there couldn't have been an official hearing is this correct?

Even if there was a hearing, the court is obliged to inform the defended that the claimant/creditor has been successful in their claim is that not, correct?


A lot of questions I know Laura, but this is a very serious matter, not to mention if the courts didn't follow the correct procedures

Has my Human Rights been breached under Article 6, a right to a fair trial?
