Paypal and debt collectors

I have a Paypal credit account and I am wondering if anyone can tell me if they refer bad payers to debt collectors?.

If they do, that's fine----but have they got a "right" to take money from your bank account without permission---if one does not pay?.

Yes the do, they sent it to morecroft when they alleged I owed them something. But don't worry they are pussy cats

I don't think DCA Can take money directly from your PayPal account but PayPal froze my account up to this day. But I only had £5 in it.

But any DCA shouldn't have any way to access your bank account unless you give them permission

But you could cancel the payment card set up for PayPal and any direct debit just to be safe.

I don't have any problems with DCA's--I can handle them.
I was wondering if Paypal themselves can take money from your bank account ( I have a PP credit account with them, and owe about £700). I don't intend to pay them any more.

I am pissed off at them as regards their recent shenanigans---closing peoples accounts or fining them $2500 for something that THEY arbitrarily don't like. Apparently, they were taking the $2500 straight out of peoples accounts.

What peoples views are on subjects and who they send money to etc is NOTHING to do with them---or shouldn't be..... unless it is quite obvious that you are sending money to an arms dealer etc Laughing

They said it was an "error"---but apparently, they have re-instated those T&Cs..
Those terms were not included when I joined them, about a year ago.

Hi there I don't know if they can take money, when I had a direct debit set up they did try to cliam the alleged amount but I asked the bank to stop it. As I had cancelled the DD.

I think from what happened to me is that the alleged debt will be passed to a DCA trying to chance their luck

I agree with you their are taking the piss with accounts
I just saw David icke vid they are Bacon helper's ( pedos)
They support them but any normal human that says any thing about this is fucked and account closed.

I would just send a notice to your bank and tell them you do not consent to PayPal taking any funds from your account and also any data

I would contact your bank by email and follow up with a letter (signed for)
If for any reason they want a reason, say the account is in dispute.
