Pastdue Credit Solutions..!

Well I am seriously please to find this site, after finding out the original GOODF had changed ownership..! lol!

Right back to the interlopers mentioned in the title topic.!

Who originally contacted me a while ago via texts and then emails over a matter to do with BT and an outstanding amount through breach of contract, which was back in 2013.

Pastdue Credit Solutions have received the first two letters and I am about to post out the third with attached BT proof of no debt, though thought I would clarify with your guys first.

Please see the replies I have received from them and I have also attached the email confirmation from BT confirming I have no outstanding debt with them and that the final amount was paid in full, that was not by me I might add, which confirms third party interlopers have bought the debt ..!

Looks pretty clear ,both letters state they are trying to collect for their client,BT .You have evidence from BT that it was paid.
I like the way they are asking you for proof its been paid whilst failing to provide the proof you are asking for.
Choice is yours either send a copy of your BT statement ,or respond with letter 3 .On a personal level i would add 'Any money i may lawfully owe to BT will be paid to BT upon proof of claim and under no circumstances will any payment be made to bottom feeding parasites like yourselves'. Do not forget you do not have to work to their timescale ,3 working days is all you need give them .

Thanks for your reply, yes I did find it rather amusing that they were asking me to provide proof there's no claim against me, when they know dam well there isn't..!

They are actually going to get the BT proof enclosed within letter 3..!

I have dealt with Pastdue 3 times before and beat them every time, they give in easily. Good luck. :-)
