My SAR to the Courts

After the fiasco the other day with the judge abandoning the court and my subsequent assault battery and arrest without warning on a bullshit contempt of court order because I convened a court of public record the minute I entered the room, I'm submitting yet another SAR, like I say I'm new to this (15mths) so if someone could look it over I be very grateful.  I have some knowledge on Dementia so if anyone needs advise just shout.

Subject access request

Case Number 321.
In relation to the hearing which unlawfully took place on the 24/05/2018, I require certified copies of the judges notes, the Court Transcripts, and the Liability Order, evidence that Valid Cause was filed - 'the signed statement', the identity of the clerk of the court, the identity of the judge, certified copies of the judges and the clerk's Bond's, Oaths and their Indemnity Insurance policy's, the identity of the three (3) Geo Amey Security staff that were summoned to Courtroom number four (4) between the hours of 10:15am and 10:55am, all CCTV footage between the times of 10:15am and 10:55am covering the hallway leading to Court room four (4) all CCTV footage between the times of 10:15am and 10:55am from inside Court room four (4), all CCTV footage between the hours of 10:20am and 11:15am for when I was escorted from Court room four (4) through Court Room ? (?) and into the cells, all CCTV footage from between the hours of 11:15am and 1:30pm within Court room ? (?) the names and collar numbers of each and every Police Constable male and female that were present during the unlawful hearing that commenced in courtroom ?.
In relation to the hearing that unlawfully took place on the 27/02/2018 I require certified copies of the magistrates notes, the Court Transcripts, and the Liability Order, evidence that Valid Cause was filed - 'the signed statement', a certified copy of the 'No Bail Warrant' that was issued for MrBullets arrest, the identity of the clerk of the Court, the Identity of the magistrates, certified copies of the magistrates and the clerk's Bond's, Oaths and their Indemnity Insurance policy's.
In relation to the hearing that unlawfully took place on the 28/02/2018 I require certified copies of the magistrates notes, the Court Transcripts, and the Liability Order, evidence that Valid Cause was filed - 'the signed statement', the identity of the clerk of the Court, the Identity of the magistrates, certified copies of the magistrates and the clerk's Bond's, Oaths and their Indemnity Insurance policy's.
I also require any and all data held by Wirral Magistrates Court pertaining to the unlawful request that was made between April 2017 and August 2017 to access MrBullets electronic and paper records held in Wirral Magistrates Court's archive's, a certified copy of the Section 29 Disclosure form together with the supporting evidence that would have been submitted with the request, the exact time and date the request was made, the exact location the request was made from, the reason/s why the request was made and by what means was the request made, the exact location from where the data was disclosed to Mersey Tunnel Police, the exact time and date the unlawfully accessed data was disclosed to Mersey Tunnel Police and the rank and collar number of the Mersey Tunnel Police Constable the data was disclosed to.
I enclose the maximum £10 statutory fee to access the data that you hold about MrBullet.  You have 40 days in which to comply with this request as under The Data Protection Act 1988. Failure to comply with this request will result in a further complaint about your conduct to the Information Commissioner's Office.  Feel free to send the data in the format most convenient to you on condition that the format used is commonly accessible. Please address all and any future correspondence to 'The Office of The General Executor'.

If you claim that you cannot provide any of the requested data please provide a full and complete explanation as to why, quoting the Law and or legislation that you intend to use to substantiate your claim. I think I can confidently predict that all you will get back is bullshit, obfuscation, & non-feasance.

That go's without saying will be another abuse of statory process which I understand is a Common Law Crime, is the SAR clear enough though?

I would not put as much detail in the request to max coverage of all info they hold. You may refer to the incident but too much detail could be interpreted that is all you want to know. You want ALL data on you.......you may be surprised what comes up.

This is my 4th SAR that I will have sent all ignored. They used the 2nd SAR to serve a summons from a private constabulary then run the hearing issued a no bail warrant and smashed in my door #dementiafraud the catalyst a district Judge the instigator the whole of Merseyside's judiciary from mag to crown covering up for his crime. This is why I tried to create no wiggle room.

I tend to state; I require any and all data ,in whatever format its held. As you say no wiggle room.

Couple of tweaks since GDPR came into effect. The £10 fee is no longer required, a company can't charge a fee unless they can show the request is "manifestly unfounded or excessive". Also they now have to respond within a month, rather than 40 days.

Hi just another observation , Where you state unlawful ( i have no doubt you are correct) they may well use that as a reason not to supply,as they may consider it lawful .Therefor as there was no unlawful event ,there is nothing to supply.

That's a good point thinking about it, the less claims I make the better That's done quoting their breach of legislation act and section. Thx for the advise
